Early on we did try a different dealership - which is why we now just go back to Tamaroff. The people - sales, service, finance, management, other staff - all go to great lengths to make the purchase or lease experience a pleasant one - very different than other places. Initially, Tamaroff was where we went merely because it was close-by. While we have since moved further away, the Tamaroff staff, with their attitude, knowledge and professionalism, have made it the only dealership we consider visiting. More

I was impressed right away with the dealership but more importantly with Paul. I bought the car. Paul was very professional, extremely personable and confidant and he would not be undersold. We are very happy with our purchase. By the way..There was a problem with the extended warranty. After a month or so. I brought it to Paul's attention and he took care of it immediately. I traded in my Honda but no GAP insurance Refund. After trading in my 2014 Honda Civic EX I was due a refund for gap insurance I paid when I purchased the Honda brand new. After speaking with finance department numerous times and providing proper paperwork I was given the run around and the check is in the mail jargon. Still after over 3 months there is no check. The money means a lot to me but obviously doesn't matter to them. I will never do business with them ever again. Sad really. More
