I didn't have time to go back in the service center to explain the problem. I had an appt to get to. I am upset that no one mentioned a problem with my driver side door. Someone had a problem with it. I suggest that someone tried to close the door with the seatbelt in the way and jammed it closed. I do want it fixed, at your expense. Also, my car started to make a clicking sound in the front left wheel after I picked it up. I am very busy and don't have time to set another appt. right now. A frustrated customer, Pat More

Frequent Flyer at Tamoroff for service and parts. Now drive out of my way to use the service since my office moved to Detroit. Typically very pleased with service. Oil change and wiper blades took 1.25 drive out of my way to use the service since my office moved to Detroit. Typically very pleased with service. Oil change and wiper blades took 1.25 hrs and just detailed spotless car was sent through their car wash only to leave it dripping wet, spotted and with the armor all washed off on the tires (gee thanks). Normally would appreciate a free wash, but not under these circumstances. Someone needed to stop and think "Do I really need to send this through the car wash?" Cashier was very nice and very professional. More
I cannot say anything negative about my recent experience with Tamaroff Honda other than the fact that I was told that they do not offer financing for there service department. I was told that it would be $ with Tamaroff Honda other than the fact that I was told that they do not offer financing for there service department. I was told that it would be $5400 (est) to repair/replace the transmission in my 2001 Odyssey. I explained that I could not afford the full $5400 up front and asked for financing. I was told that financing wasn't offered. I tried (unsuccessfully) to get financed through banks and credit unions. Ultimately I was forced to have my vehicle towed away from the lot before any parking fees were added to the inspection charge. Currently my vehicle is sitting parked in my driveway as I have been unable to get financing for the repairs. More
Tamaroff is the bottom rung of auto dealership service shops. The service always takes way to long, and the services are extremely overpriced. I was able to go out and acquire similar services for a fract shops. The service always takes way to long, and the services are extremely overpriced. I was able to go out and acquire similar services for a fraction of the cost. I'm knowledgeable regarding automobiles so I don't buy into the mantra of "genuine Honda" service. Genuine Honda = expensive Honda. At a time when people are looking for deals & bargains, you stick out like a sore thumb. More
Ive had Honda's from Bloomfield since 1997. This year I got a CR-V from you. I only live 2 miles away. This week I got my 1st oil change, It was 52.00, I was floored, I almost wasn't going to pay. I had VIP oil change at bloomfield don't think I ever paid over 25 or 26 dollars. I had no warning so I could say yes or no. Just a big shock at the cashier cage.
