Took my Gladiator in to get an oil leak diagnosed and repaired. Left 4 hours later being told that they won't work on it till I wash the undercarriage and with a new crack in my windshield that ran abo repaired. First, I have to laugh when reading the positive reviews. I wonder who really writes them. There is either a very poor rating of one star or it is five star. I go with one star. I have worked with a number of dealerships over the years that were much easier and without excessive fees. Please do your homework on what charges above your agreed deal are really appropriate. Some good explanations online. If you have to pay MSRP and unwarranted charges, move on. I don't have personal experience with the service department but it is a concern with me what is their reputation. Someone I know has been dissatisfied with that service department. More
