I went to just 'look' at cars this afternoon, not really expecting to buy a new one. I was instantly greeted by Nick Onorato and he showed me quite a few new and used cars that were Jeeps. I love Jeeps! expecting to buy a new one. I was instantly greeted by Nick Onorato and he showed me quite a few new and used cars that were Jeeps. I love Jeeps! Anyway, my friend and I test drove a 2011 Jeep Compass and I fell in love with it. Nick took time to answer my many questions and did his darnedest to get me into this car. He and the financier (DeMay was his last name, I believe) went above and beyond their duties to make sure I did get the car, which I did. As a previous owner of a Jeep and a self-acclaimed "Jeep Girl" I knew that I would one day be an owner of the make of car I truly love. Thank yous go to Nick and everyone who made that possible! :) Linda Friedlander More

The reason I ended up at Dodge in the first place was because of a good friend of my who recommended we start here first looking for a used vehicle in my price range of $13,000 or less and less time to p because of a good friend of my who recommended we start here first looking for a used vehicle in my price range of $13,000 or less and less time to pay the vehicle off but instead I left with a vehicle that Robert Davis chose for me because of my credit situation. He put me in a 2010 Dodge Caliber that was way over priced to begin with and was a vehicle I would have never chosen. My good friend decided to co-sign for me to get the vehicle I wanted but instead we left with a vehicle that was chosen for us way over priced and financed at a term that is way to long on that type of vehicle. The vehicle alone is not worth but $12,000 but Robert had the vehicle financed at $20,000 after he added an unnecessary gap insurance and an unnecessary extended warranty that push the car up to that price which I really didn't appreciate. He knew that my cosigner trusted his judgement because he thought that Robert was his friend but it turns out he's just like all these other no good side dealerships in town. He took advantage of hard working people who was looking for something nice and cheap but instead ended up with a piece of junk that we are now stuck with paying for!!! I really think he needs to be held accountable for what he did and treat people like he would want to be treated. I will never go back to Dodge dealership and purchase anything from Robert Davis or anyone else from that location!!!! I think there cars are a piece of junk that are overpriced to begin with!!! I think Robert Davis is a fake individual who talks fast to run game on people to make his commission and really isn't concerned about the customer's wants or needs. My name is Alfreda Nelson and a really dissatified customer!!! More
These two guys work great as a team. They asked me a few questions as to why I wanted a jeep and what I was going to use it for. They made recommendations as to which model would fit me best, They did not p questions as to why I wanted a jeep and what I was going to use it for. They made recommendations as to which model would fit me best, They did not point me in the direction of the most expensive but recommended the mid range priced jeep. I will come back to Tallahassee Dodge for all of my car buying. More

He makes my car buying experience vey simple and easy. He is a person who truly knows his business. Mary and I went to TCJD just to look at either a newer 300 or a truck. Didn't see a 300 I liked (I am picky) but did find a wonderfl Dodge Ram 1500 that was perfect. Robert set every thing in motion, worked out the trade-in details, got the financing right and we came out happy once again. I have sent many friends to this dealer because of Robert's professionalism and knowledge. He knows how to take care of people and treat them right. If you want wonderful, friends, knowledgable and helpful folks, see Robet Davis and the other friendly folks at TCJD. You will not regret it. More

Robert O. Davis was the salesman who I met when I showed up on the lot one day. Like a true professional, he allowed me the space and the time to look around that any customer would expect when paying a vi up on the lot one day. Like a true professional, he allowed me the space and the time to look around that any customer would expect when paying a visit to his local dealership. He noticed that the new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited interested me, so he calmly and collectively informed me that he could get the keys for me if I cared to test drive any of the vehicles. I thought to myself- "Gee, this silver one looks like it might be something that could replace my 1999 Oldsmobile Cutlass nicely." So I said to Mr. Davis, "Robert I think I would like to take this one around the block to see how she drives." It took Robert lees than five minutes to have the vehicle's key. I cannot recall his exact words, but do remember that his words were encouraging and somewhat exciting. I drove the 2011 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport 4x4 a couple of miles, examining the various features and driving experience. I was pleased with the handling, the updated interior, and basically the entire package. I would have liked to drive the vehicle home right then, but I knew I had to return it back to its rightful owners at the dealership and part ways. As I pulled into the lot, I used the very nice automatic window switch to let the passenger-side window down. Trying to hide my excitement, I asked Robert, "Where would you like me to park it?" A quick-witted man that he is, Robert answered "How about your driveway?" Unprepared for such a perfect reply and unready for an appropriate response myself, I fought off the urge to affirm my extreme interest in the vehicle I had just driven. I simply parked the vehicle in a vacant spot and greeted Robert who was awaiting my return. Because I had an appointment to review the latest trucks that the Ford Motor company had to offer, I had to bid Robert at the Tallahassee Dodge Chrysler Jeep family goodbye. I told Robert that I liked the vehicle but I needed to evaluate other vehicles at that time. I was not ready to talk price, options, or escalate the purchasing process in any way. Robert must have sensed this, like some sort of extra-terrestrial being with mind reading powers, because he did not try to sell me the vehicle. I told him that if I do not like the competing motor companies' vehicles more than the Jeep, I would be back. He handed me his card only after I asked him for it. He never asked for my phone number or email address. He was a gentleman and I was impressed with his professionalism as much as I was impressed with the 2011 Wrangler Unlimited. A week later, I called Mr. Davis back. I was not impressed with any of the other vehicles on the market. I was going to get a Jeep, and I was sure that Robert was the man to make it happen. I was right. Robert helped me find the vehicle that I was going to drive home. He worked with the sales managers to get me a good trade-in price for my 1999 Oldsmobile Cutlass. All in all, this new vehicle purchasing experience was as close to perfect as possible. Of course, what would have made it perfect would have been if a trailer hitch was thrown in for being the nice guy that I am. That would have been a nice surprise. I hereby recommend not only a 2011 Jeep Wrangler (any style), but also the salesmanship and professionalism of Robert O. Davis. More
They went out of their way to work with me and find the vehicle I was looking for. They didn't have one on the lot so they brought one in for me from Tampa and still beat any other deals I found. I am in s vehicle I was looking for. They didn't have one on the lot so they brought one in for me from Tampa and still beat any other deals I found. I am in sales myself and know the ins and outs of the business so I am not exactly a car salesman's dream customer. Even though I drove a hard bargain they were fair and treated me well. I am glad I went there. More
