I CAME IN TO HAVE MY 06 CHARGER SERVICED IT HAD PROBLEMS WITH THE TIRE SENSOR, WELL ANYWAY WHILE I WAS WAITING MR KING CAME UP TO ME AND ASK ME A FEW QUESTIONS AND HE MADE ME REALIZE WHAT KIND OF SITUATION WITH THE TIRE SENSOR, WELL ANYWAY WHILE I WAS WAITING MR KING CAME UP TO ME AND ASK ME A FEW QUESTIONS AND HE MADE ME REALIZE WHAT KIND OF SITUATION I WAS IN WHICH WAS A BAD VERY BAD SITUATION I WAS FINANCING MY 06 CHARGER WHICH I BROUGHT AT ANOTHER DEALER MIND YOU AT 18% INTEREST AND HE ASK ME IF HE COULD GET ME IN A NEW CAR AT A LOWER INTEREST RATE WILL I TAKE IT WELL I HAD TO THINK FOR A MINUTE DO I REALLY WANNA LOSE MY HEMI OH YEAH AT WAS A R/T, BUT HE MADE ME REALIZE WHAT I WOULDV'E WENT THROUGH IF I KELP IT ALL THE PROBLEMS I'M GONNA HAVE WITH A CAR THAT IS MOVING OVER A 100.000 MILES I ONLY HAD MY CAR 2 AND A HALF YEARS AND ONLY PAID $3.000 DOLLARS TO THE PRINCIPLE OF THE LOAD, WELL THEN I SAID GO FOR IT KNOWING I WASN'T GONNA GET APPROVED ANYWAY, HE PROVED ME WRONG LOL NOT ONLY DID HE GOT ME APPROVED BUT HE GOT ME IN A BRAND NEW 2011 CHARGER SE, AND HE GOT ME AT A VERY LOW INTEREST RATE 1.9% I STILL CAN'T BELIEVE IT HATS OFF TO MR KING FOR ALL HE'S DONE FOR ME GETTING ME IN MY FIRST BRAND NEW CAR AND WITH A EXCELLENT WARRANTY PACKAGE THANK YOU VERY MUCH MR KING AND DODGE CHRYSLER JEEP, YOU HAVE A CUSTOMER IN ME FROM LIFE ( GOODBYE FORD LOL ) More

I took my Jeep Wrangler in for manufacturer warranty repairs today involving fuel tank replacement, and was very pleased with the service I received. I dropped the vehicle at the dealer this morning and expected to return to pick it up late in the afternoon. I was very pleasantly surprised to receive a call from Chuck a little after 1pm saying that the work had been completed and my Jeep was ready for pickup. During both the dropoff and pickup of my vehicle I experienced virtually no wait time, and was very satisfied with the courtesy and service that I received. My experience today is the best I have encountered with a warranty repair. More

My experience started the minute I met my salesperson, Nick Jones. Nick greeted me in a professional non-agressive manner and was there to help me whether I bought a car or not. The thing that I liked the most about my experience with Nick was that even after the sale was completed, he continued to provide me with excellent customer service and personal attention even if it meant that he had to miss the next sales opportunity coming on the lot. We went to D C J with little hope that anything would come of if. We were really upside down in our Saturn and we both had poor credit to boot. We told him our situation and that we knew if was a shot in the dark but we had to keep trying because my Saturn would not hold all six of us. Nick worked his butt off trying to help us get into a decent minivan. He went above and beyond what normal salesmen would do and he was not pushy or dishonest either. He answered all my questions and kept us in the loop the whole time. We started with its probably not gonna happen and ended with a 2010 Minivan!My words cannot even begin to let you know how much Nick did to get us into that van but it was a lot and he kept a pleasant smile on his face the whole time!I would recommend that if your searching for a great deal with good people D C J is the place to go and Nick Onorato is the man to ask for!
