Lowball trade in values, no communication or returned phone calls, they don’t listen and are only worried about a sale. I should have stopped dealing with them then, but didn’t. 5 buyers orders later and phone calls, they don’t listen and are only worried about a sale. Ms. Alma went so far above and beyond for me for the purchase of my new jeep. I just cannot put into words how amazed I was that someone would go through so much trouble to make sure that I was going to purchase of my new jeep. There was no "smoke and mirrors" with her, which is almost impossible to find when it comes to shopping for a new car. There was not one thing that I asked for that she didn't deliver (10 fold). I just wish I could truly put into words what a wonderful person this is to work with, and how far she went out of her way to make sure that I was 100% happy. There really are no words to describe the experience I had working with her. I felt more like I was family than I did a customer with her. Flipped my 2015 Grand Cherokee. The engine locked up because I went in for and oil change and they did not do it. They said I would be good for another 75k miles. So I drove another The engine locked up because I went in for and oil change and they did not do it. They said I would be good for another 75k miles. So I drove another 30k on old oil. Big mistake. I guess they thought I would come back for a new engine. From now on I wouldn't touch the front door to this dealership with a 50 mile stick and I will be doing my own maintenance from now on or going to someone I know will do the job right. I ALMOST DIED.
