Stay away! !! Avoid this dealer. I will start off by saying that I started off receiving lies from the jump. I was told one interest rate and that payment would !! Avoid this dealer. I was told one interest rate and that payment would be due in 60 days to only be told (in the finance dept the interest rate was higher and payment due in 45 days. But the finance officer tried to run through the paperwork so fast thinking that I wouldn't notice (but I proceeded because I was going to refinance with my credit union anyway. Well, I thought would have been my only problem until I started having issues with my tires. Took the car to a local tire shop to find out all my tires needed to be replaced, not to mention that an alignment was needed. How can I purchase a car from a new car lot after trading in my 2020 Dodge Challenger to only end up with a car that I have to spend $1800 on within 2 months of owning this car. The car that I traded in was in better shape than the car I just purchased. When I informed the dealership, nothing has been done and I have gotten nothing but the runaround. I have truly learned my listen and will NEVER purchase another car from this dealership in my life nor will I encourage anyone to do any business with this dealership. This has been the worse experience ever. I went from a 2020 Challenger SXT to 2019 392 Shaker....they truly have made my buying experience of a dream car the worse time of my life. WAY TO GO TALLAHASSEE DODGE!! Buyer Beware even if they say that the car has been serviced prior to selling....DO NOT BELIEVE THEM. Check everything even the tires because my car needs an alignment and 4 new tires, one tire has a patch, a plug and 3 small nails in it. I would have never purchased this car if I knew this!! More

I have had my suv for about 2 months and the service department at CHEVY has seen and drove it more than me! Chrysler told me the day I purchased the car that it was serviced and nothing was wrong with it. I took it to Chevy and they have fixed on the suv numerous of time and currently. I haven't even made a first payment on the suv and its already breaking down! I was on my way home from picking my kids up and almost wrecked on the interstate because something was wrong with the suv! You think they care?!?! And Chrysler REFUSE to help or give me loaner to help with the inconvenience. So basically I have to make payments on a vehicle I don't even have! This is highly unprofessional and I've brought 2 cars from Chrysler and NEVER dealt with any of this mess before! Currently STILL without a car! More
