It would help the customer to know up front if the car he/she is looking to buy is Pre-certified or not. And any added new extended warranty needs to be explained during the purchase discussions. And have u thought of having someone at the dealership help the buyer review all the gadgets on their new purchase? For example help set up iPhone set up, etc. Just a thought making you a FULL SERVICE Dealership. Thx. More
