I go to Swicakard Toyota not only because the Service Department crew are good and knowledgeable but because of Khing, the Service Advisor. My last visit was because of a flat tire. I got helped by Courtney and Ryan. Ryan ordered a new tire and took care of the problem. Thank you all. I will definitely stay with Swickard. More

I take my vehicle here as part of the standard Toyota care maintenance plan but have not been impressed with their service. It takes 1.5 hours to rotate tires and perform standard safety checks, even if care maintenance plan but have not been impressed with their service. It takes 1.5 hours to rotate tires and perform standard safety checks, even if you schedule an appointment even in advance. Anyone with basic auto knowledge could do this faster at home. On top of that, communication is poor. I requested that the scheduler add instructions to check and top off my power steering fluid because it is on the low mark. But this was never notated in the chart or followed up on. The tires are always over-inflated every time I take it in as well. My three experiences with them have been similar and all deserving of a below average rating. More
