We come to Magic Toyota because of the attention their staff gives us. There is nothing worse than walking onto a car lot and having someone attack you with questions of what u are looking for. We have purchased 3 vehicles...... all from Magic. We trust Khing and that's a big deal when it comes to servicing our car. We NEVER feel like "Magic is out to take our money". Khing always gives us facts and tells us if things need fixing now or if it can wait....... and how long we have before it needs replacing. I wouldn't take our car to anyone else! More

I didn't even buy my new Toyota here, yet I was treated as though I had, with courtesy and prompt service. I was able to get my car serviced without having a previous appointment. I have never been this impressed with a dealership before. I'm almost embarrassed that I didn't buy my last two Toyotas at Magic - I will next time. More

I bought a new Toyota Corolla 2011 last August, 2011 from this dealership after canceling a rotten used car deal and with my Insurance agent's advice was persuaded to try and shop one more dealership. I had serious misgivings about trying again ; however this dealership took the time to let me test-drive a number of vehicles, answered all my questions, and let my agent carefully analyze and review all the sale paperwork before finalizing the deal. The dealership is honest, trustworthy, and takes good care of its customers, and that's is coming from a long-time FORD, GMC, and former Chevrolet car owner. Their scheduled maintenance is always done right and they also check other things such as tires, and fluid levels during a scheduled oil-change. More

I tried to purchase a Prius C from them and was told that with a deposit that they found one that I wanted and it would be delivered by the 15th of June and it was supposedly one that they would be receiving with a deposit that they found one that I wanted and it would be delivered by the 15th of June and it was supposedly one that they would be receiving that was supposed to go to another dealership, but they worked it out so I would receive it. After waiting for 3 weeks and many tries and contacting them, I was told that I was put behind someone else in some sort of list and would not be able to receive a vehicle for 6 more weeks. This was the first time I heard about a list. I was not happy and cancelled the deal and was refunded my deposit. That is the best part of the deal. I will never do business with them again. More
