Dropped off my car with no trouble at all. Super friendly staff, received car back in amazing condition. Free mini detail looked like a full complete detail to me! They couldn't have made it easier. I had been spoiled by the outstanding service I received at my prior dealership back in Wisconsin, anything I needed, I got, no matter when (I had been with them for almost 20 yrs). The military moved me a at my prior dealership back in Wisconsin, anything I needed, I got, no matter when (I had been with them for almost 20 yrs). The military moved me all the way to Washington, and as a result, my 2011 Toyota Rav 4 ended up being WAY over the mileage limit for oil change/tire rotation/mileage service. I called other Toyota dealership service departments near my new location in Arlington and they told me, "Sorry, we are booked up...can't fit you in for at least 2 weeks." When I called Magic Toyota, Christine answered the Service line and I told her my dilemma. She was SO accomodating, friendly and PROFESSIONAL!! (Something I didn't hear in the voices of the other Service reps) She acknowledged that they do normally take reservatsions, but that I was welcome to drive in and they'd do their best to fit me in. When I got there, not only was I greeted with a smile, but she also went out of her way to ensure I was comfortable with the expected wait time. I relaxed in a very comfortable waiting room and watched the Olympics. After a short time, she came to me with information on approximately how much longer it would be and asked if I needed anything. I certainly didn't feel like a "dump and run"! Instead I felt that I was already a valued customer and "member of the family". The car was finished, and the transaction completed. This was an OUTSTANDING example of true Customer Care. I know that MAGIC Toyota is definitely going to be my dealership from now on. Thank you Christine, you truly exemplified the "Magic" of incredible customer service and care. More
From the beginning to the end the entire experience was regrettable. Several details prior to my used car purchase can only be described as very poor business ethics. In my opinion the comment I made about ethics is a result of poor training, lack of experience and dishonesty. It was very hard to get answers from the salesmen who worked with me. The answers I was given differed with each person I spoke to. I've lost a lot of sleep over the deal and I don't want to re-live the long list of details. So that is the extent of my review. Take your time when dealing with Magic Toyota. Be careful. Do not assume that the same standard of excellence that is synonymous with the name Toyota will be available at Magic.
