I bought a car a while ago from these people, who turned out to be everything the stereotype of used car salesman are. They say whatever to secure the deal, but if there are issues later, they make sure to out to be everything the stereotype of used car salesman are. First off, they worked to make sure the price they sold the car to me was grossly overpriced, knowing this was my first time to buy a car. I wish that was the only problem. They refused to allow me to return my car a couple days later, which is one thing, but they refused to allow me to cancel other things with the car. I bought warranty and lojack with them, and they grossly misrepresented what lojack was. They don't work to help, but instead gave me the run-around to avoid allowing me to return it. It should also be noted that this is the ONLY place that refuses to refund lojack! DO NOT BUY LOJACK FROM THEM!! To top it off, they even kept the lojack! I even spoke with the people who sell lojack and they said it was completely up to the dealer to return it, as it was never installed. Even they didn't know why the dealership is refusing to refund the lojack. Magic Toyota gives horrible customer service! They don't have anything in their interests except their own profit and refuse to be honorable to decent innocent customers! If you must buy a toyota, buy from ANY other toyota dealership! More
Watch out for the sales manager at this dealership. Says one thing and then does a 180. I asked him if he would sell a car to us at invoice and he said if it were a car that was in stock on his lot he would one thing and then does a 180. So, when it came time to make the deal, he said $1,000 over invoice plus a $995 delivery fee. Last time I checked, you should be able to get a car up her for under $200. And if you're going to charge a delivery fee, then what about selling the car at invoice like we had agreed? Paul totally went back on his word. To this sales manager: Lucky for you my in-laws gave in to your disrespectful tactics. Hope the quick extra commission is worth the word I will be spreading about how you do business. More

The staff in the service department are friendly, expedicious, accomodating to the needs and schedule of customers, and above all, are always professional. Yes, you may be able to find a more afford expedicious, accomodating to the needs and schedule of customers, and above all, are always professional. Yes, you may be able to find a more affordable place to have your Toyota serviced, but as the adage goes - you get what you pay for. I am willing to pay a slightly bit more to know my car and my time is acknowledged as being valuable. Other service shops could learn from the customer experience one would receive from the service department at the Toyota dealership in Edmonds, WA. More

We got to sit, watch TV and sip Starbucks coffee while the service (maintenance) work was done -- all done promptly and, to the best of our knowledge, correctly. This is our third Toyota two have been purchased from Magic Toyota. The first a 1984 Celica, second 2001 Camry both had fuel injection problems one under warrantee, one at 40,000 miles. At that time we were told by the dealership to burn mid grade gasoline. The fuel injectors had to be cleaned in the Camry at a cost of $450.00! From that point on we always used mid grade. I asked Christine Larson if the RAV 4 should use mid grade or regular? She said look at the owners manual. I don't want to have a future repair bill on cleaning the fuel injector screens because of impurities in gasoline! I need direction from the service department on this! More
Magic toyota fixed floor mats and they did an excellant job. We had taken our new Sienna to another local dealer for warranty work, and they lost our information, and service was slow and we didn't seem important. We decided to try Magic even though they are farthe warranty work, and they lost our information, and service was slow and we didn't seem important. We decided to try Magic even though they are farther away, but they are worth the trip. Super friendly and prompt, and even gave us a voucher for a car wash as well as a loaner vehicle during the service. We will be going back for all of our service at Magic Toyota. More
