These guys are always so nice. They found a leaking water pump during an oil change that was covered by warranty so it didn't cost me a thing. I was due to go on a long road trip in a few weeks and a water p pump during an oil change that was covered by warranty so it didn't cost me a thing. I was due to go on a long road trip in a few weeks and a water pump failure sure would have disabled my car on the road. Kudo's for Magic Toyota mechanics! More
We went to do a trade in deal... They didn't give us a fare price for trade in, now they are asking triple the amount to resale it.Was told they would not get much for it...And the sales guy said he would fare price for trade in, now they are asking triple the amount to resale it.Was told they would not get much for it...And the sales guy said he would call me two days later...Well it's been almost two weeks..P.S.Glad he did not call back..Also we purchased an extended warranty..The car only has 8000 miles, Toyota's warranty is 100,000 miles..We changed our mind about having the extended warranty for 3 yrs or when the vehicle reached 100,000 miles, So it would be more like 8 yrs From 0 miles to 100,000 miles..Still waiting for a response from Magic Toyota is taking that charge off ... Magic Toyota's service department is great. My last experience was on a Saturday afternoon. My 2007 Prius would not go into gear and the master warning light was blazing. After turning the car off and experience was on a Saturday afternoon. My 2007 Prius would not go into gear and the master warning light was blazing. After turning the car off and on several times the car started and I was able to drive to Magic Toyota. They were able to assist me that afternoon. I was able to keep to my plans because they gave me a free loaner car for the afternoon. During the afternoon they were able to diagnose and correct the problem. It turned out the car needed a new battery. Not the big hybrid battery - just the regular battery that every car has and needs replacing every five of six years. My wife and I have been taking our two Priuses for regular service for several years and have always been please with the price and timeliness of the service. Only once did the oil change take longer than I was told it would be. They did the oil change without charging me and were very apologetic. More
We took our 1989 Toyota Landcruiser in on Dec. 10 for a service of oil/filter, AC, coolant and lube. For some reason, the technician was not able to 'find' all the zerk fittings for lubing. We returned t service of oil/filter, AC, coolant and lube. For some reason, the technician was not able to 'find' all the zerk fittings for lubing. We returned the vehicle on Tuesday, Dec. 13 for a completion of R&R an air filter and an automatic trans. gasket that both had to be ordered. We were going to have them go back over the zerk fittings and lube them ALL this time. It is now 11:50PM on Tuesday, Dec. 13 and the front two (2) tie rod/steering arm zerk fittings have STILL not seen a lube gun. There is still road dirt from so many thousands of miles. These fittings are in plain sight right below the front bumper. It is not as though someone had to go 'find' them. I have had issues with Magic in the past, and basically every other Toyota dealer in the western WA area in working on a 1989 Landcruiser. I realize that this is not a 'newer' vehicle with all the sealed bearings, etc. but an experienced and knowledgeable mechanic should be able to find and do this job in totality without our having to return what will now be three (3) times for the same job. On Thursday evening, my 2007 Camry V6 2GRE-FE had a massive leak originating from my VVTi hose. I had a strong scent of burnt oil coming from my vents as started my car and was driving away from the pa massive leak originating from my VVTi hose. I had a strong scent of burnt oil coming from my vents as started my car and was driving away from the parking garage. I stop the car and get out to my surprise and shock, a drip trail leading back to the swimming pool that was once my motor oil. So, I go through xxxx to get oil and try to make it back home with some divine intervention, and without locking up my engine thereby killing it. My Camry is my only mode of transport, without it and life would be... difficult; and to say the least money is already tight. The very next day, I called around to local Toyota service depts. explaining my misfortune, and they don't want to even see less touch my Camry on their dime, passed warranty S.O.L. they say, TSB and recall work already done during prior oil services and not Toyota's or their problem. I was advised to call Magic Toyota because they were the service department who replaced and repaired all of my warranty work, that maybe they would do something for me. My day was going bad by this point. But Magic Toyota Service took care of me. I must say to everyone that as soon as I met my Service Manager, Christine Larson of Orange Team, she was understanding of my situation, listened to all of my concerns and took it upon her warm generosity to take care of me and repair my car at no cost on her account. She went back and forth, investigating the details on my car, talking to the techs, researching the parts involved, and in the end took it upon herself to take care of the customer and cover everything. Most of us already know that this level of character is urban legend. But if you have met Ms. Christine Larson and are under her professional Service Team, you already know this as fact. I was in and out with two signatures, a smile and that my car was already started and ready for me to go, and all of this with no appointment on a Friday in under two hours, and no money out of pocket. It is because of good people like Ms. Christine Larson who puts the customer first that keeps Toyota owners loyal to the brand and especially to the dealer. Thank you Christine Larson for everything, Magic Toyota is lucky to have you and I am grateful to you, as with everyone else whom you assist with a smile. More
I bought a car a while ago from these people, who turned out to be everything the stereotype of used car salesman are. They say whatever to secure the deal, but if there are issues later, they make sure to out to be everything the stereotype of used car salesman are. They say whatever to secure the deal, but if there are issues later, they make sure to be as useless as possible, or work to make things harder. First off, they worked to make sure the price they sold the car to me was grossly overpriced, knowing this was my first time to buy a car. I wish that was the only problem. They refused to allow me to return my car a couple days later, which is one thing, but they refused to allow me to cancel other things with the car. I bought warranty and lojack with them, and they grossly misrepresented what lojack was. They don't work to help, but instead gave me the run-around to avoid allowing me to return it. It should also be noted that this is the ONLY place that refuses to refund lojack! DO NOT BUY LOJACK FROM THEM!! To top it off, they even kept the lojack! I even spoke with the people who sell lojack and they said it was completely up to the dealer to return it, as it was never installed. Even they didn't know why the dealership is refusing to refund the lojack. Magic Toyota gives horrible customer service! They don't have anything in their interests except their own profit and refuse to be honorable to decent innocent customers! If you must buy a toyota, buy from ANY other toyota dealership! More
Watch out for the sales manager at this dealership. Says one thing and then does a 180. I asked him if he would sell a car to us at invoice and he said if it were a car that was in stock on his lot he would one thing and then does a 180. I asked him if he would sell a car to us at invoice and he said if it were a car that was in stock on his lot he would. He knew the car we wanted was in Oregon. So, when it came time to make the deal, he said $1,000 over invoice plus a $995 delivery fee. Last time I checked, you should be able to get a car up her for under $200. And if you're going to charge a delivery fee, then what about selling the car at invoice like we had agreed? Paul totally went back on his word. To this sales manager: Lucky for you my in-laws gave in to your disrespectful tactics. Hope the quick extra commission is worth the word I will be spreading about how you do business. More

The staff in the service department are friendly, expedicious, accomodating to the needs and schedule of customers, and above all, are always professional.
