I drove 2 hours in bad traffic from Walnut to Thousand Oaks to buy a car that they advertised and I even called them ON my way over there to make sure that the car is still available. By the time I got there, they asked me to wait for another hour and a half before this arrogant salesman came to me and said that the car was just sold out 5 minutes ago. Come on, which IDIOT would believe that? He just said that there is nothing he can do about it and didn't even bother to apologize... I would've understood if he would've just told me the truth when I called that the car had been sold out and still invite me to come over to check other stocks that they have. More
Overall this dealership is by far the easiest to deal with of all of the Los Angeles area Honda dealerships. I have found several dealers that have offered me vehicles at a lower price (usually within a with of all of the Los Angeles area Honda dealerships. I have found several dealers that have offered me vehicles at a lower price (usually within a few hundred dollars), but then insist I buy "Pro Packs" and other items I do not need to make a deal. In the end, their pricing is in line with all other dealerships, but they are the only one that won't make you wait around for hours to complete the process. Super easy when buying a car!!! More

I went there for servicing the car which I had bought from them earlier. The people seem very rude and just to explain what had to be done to my car I had to go from one person to the other. Go directly to Internet Sales Manager, John Studebaker. Don't deal with Steve Soskins and Kam Javid as they will lie to you straight to your face. They told us that the car we were buying didn't have incentives. According to Consumer Reports, it had $1000 incentive and Steve repeatedly told us that the information is not correct. Both were dishonest about the details of the transaction. Dealt with John Studebaker instead as we were not happy with Steve. John told us that there was $1K incentive on the car, contradictory to what Soskins and Javid told us. More

I have been bringing my 2004 Odyssey to Honda of Thousand Oaks for all its services & repairs. I have had very good luck. They have taken care of all the warranty work, as well as regular service.
