I've been coming to Honda of Thousand Oaks since 1995 and have had no problems with Service. Both Terri & Willie Burr are great. I now live in Camarillo instead of Thousand Oaks and continue to go to Thousan have had no problems with Service. Both Terri & Willie Burr are great. It's out of my way but I would rather deal with Willie or Terri than go to any other dealership in the area. They are both honest and have integrity. Some places you go you feel like folks are trying to rip you off or sell you services you really don't need. I've never once felt that way dealing with Terri or Willie! I tried both Vista Honda in Ventura and Oxnard Honda once and I was not happy at all.... I would have bought my 2007 Civic Si 4 Dr from Honda of Thousand Oaks if they were part of the Costco Auto Buyer program. So as a result I had to use Vista Honda. It's nice to have the new fancy reports but it seems overkill to use so much paper. e-mailing me the .pdf would be fine alone. No need to print it all out... More
Honest and fair dealer. I looked around at several dealerships when I wanted to buy a new Honda Fit, but the car is so popular, no one was willing to knock anything off the sticker price. I would recommend this dealership for service, but ONLY if the customer works with Willie Burr. I've been going to him for over 6 years and HE is the best. I have a 2009 Honda Accord that had brake pads prematurely go out at 27,000 miles. A Google search found that this is a common problem and there was even a Class Action lawsuit settlement for thi prematurely go out at 27,000 miles. I was never served any paperwork therefore I missed the boat on a $150 settlement that I could've applied to new brake pads. I tried to negotiate a split of the costs of repair with the service Manager to no avail. This premature brake pad wear led to damage to my rotars. I was told my rotars could not be cut and new pads and rotats and labor would be $400. I declined to pay that. I took my car to a nearby automatic mechanic who said my rotars could be cut and I paid $160 fort new pads, cut rotars and labor saving me $260. Perhaps if the service Manager tried to work with me a little on the price, I would've let them do the work. I was UNIMPRESSED with their customer service. I purchased the car there. I WONT purchase my next car there however. More

Sebastian Laposse is the best salesperson I've come across in a long time. He is honest and will work with you to make you happy. I wanted to make my purchase from him because he was the most helpful across in a long time. He is honest and will work with you to make you happy. I wanted to make my purchase from him because he was the most helpful and honest of all the salespeople I encountered in my car search. I brought the best quote I found back to him so he could get the credit. He seemed appreciative and very willing to deal. Unfortunately, Reza (don't know last name), the finance guy, came out of his office and arrogantly told me that I should go ahead and take the deal that another dealership offered me because it was so good. Basically, Reza told me to leave because he wouldn't negotiate. So that is what I did. In fact, another dealer offered me an even better deal than the one I presented to Thousand Oaks Honda. My friend said to go to Kolbe in Reseda because they are always willing to beat other dealers' prices. Their sales consultants are the typical annoying/shady types, but whatever. I was extremely disappointed with how rude (and let's face it--thoughtless) Reza was. He ruined the sale for Mr. Laposse, who worked hard to accommodate me and help me make my decision. If this dealership is your only option, you should definitely ask for Sebastian; however, don't expect to get far in negotiations if you are a female dealing with Reza. More
