Every time I have brought by civic in for servicing, all of the people in the service department have been great. Mike has been helping me for the past year or so and every time he has made sure to make su of the people in the service department have been great. Mike has been helping me for the past year or so and every time he has made sure to make sure I had all my questions answered and he would take the time to explain any services that might need to be done. He makes sure I am given a fair price and is upfront about upcoming high cost items so I am prepared and can save money as necessary to make sure my car is in top running condition. More

Terri was great! She was fast and efficient, as well as very friendly. She call me right away, as there were some things that needed to be fixed. I live in Simi Valley, and could take my car to 1st Street Honda, but pre past, and it's the outstanding customer service that keeps me coming back. All the employees I have dealt with always make me feel welcome and appreciated.
