My car was having difficulties, and so I drove directly to your dealership. I had never been there before, and what could have been a very frustrating experience was made so pleasant by your accommodating to your dealership. The lounge room is great -- I was able to take care of some work on the computers provided. I had my dog with me, and she was warmly accepted! My first purchase was with Geno Demyon and Armen Bisharyan who made the entire process an absolute pleasure as a first time Honda car buyer. Geno's knowledge, expertise and quick consistent follow through as well as great customer service is what made me switch from years with Ford to Honda. Together, Geno and Armen offered me a no hassle completely informative and quick sales process. I fell in love with my Honda and the incredible quality and performance not to mention the great mileage. Bob Bell, Willie Burr and Mike Bellante were always so fantastic to work with when it came time for my regular scheduled service and maintenance. Nothing but the best in quality, performance and service!! Honda of Thousand Oaks appreciates and cares for its' customers and it shows in every department. I couldn't pass up a great deal and an upgrade and now l'm driving my new 2012 Honda due to the extraordinary people-Mike Catania, Sebastian LaPosse and Silvano Pivato. I think of them as a Trifecta! Mike was absolutely a pleasure to work with; he has an amazing way to make you feel comfortable in discussing the opportunities and choices and truly a great motivator! I came in for service and left with a new car! Sebastian with his incredible expertise in understanding every component of the Honda automobile provided me the answers to say yes to Mike's offer! Scott Stanley followed up with me the next day to congratulate me and again offered the extra personal customer touch, which Honda of Thousand Oaks offers and is rarely found in today's recession environment. This was my third visit after purchase. Two warranty visits and this was the first scheduled maintenance. I have nothing but good to say of all of them. All services have also been completed exactly on time as promised. They deliver the car washed and perfect. I had a Mini before and although BMW dealers are known for their service, this Honda dealer beats the one I had hands down. More
