Carter greets me by name each time I'm in for service. He is a great addition to the dealership, a true people person who expresses a genuine interest in the customer. Since the service department wouldn't be able to give my van a thorough service due to the amount of catching up they had to do, the dealership rented a car from Hertz at no charge to me. The rental was seamless and I was able to return the car directly to the dealership, who would handle the return to Hertz. Always sensitive to the needs of the customer, financial and otherwise, I've been very pleased with the fact that there is never a hard sell to perform services that might be able to wait until I am in a better position to proceed with recommendations. I've used Silver Star Honda for the life of my Odyssey, for 13 years. More
