They always provide GREAT customer care and service I have bought two cars fom them and I have always serviced my Ridgeline there. Service folks admirably filled in for one another at the beginning and at the end of the service when the other was busy with another customer. I gave well-deserved 5s for four of the five categories, but a 3 when it came to cost simply because I can't believe I should have to pay $79.99 for a A-1 oil change and tire rotation. Call me old-fashioned, but I remember when I changed my own oil at a fraction of the cost...... Did appreciate the 10% off coupon from the dealership, however!! More
