Gary got me the car I wanted and the price didn't change. I went through the True Car website once I knew which car I wanted to buy. I received a number of phone calls and emails from about 6 true car dealers I went through the True Car website once I knew which car I wanted to buy. I received a number of phone calls and emails from about 6 true car dealers and the email from Gary is the only one that had an actual cost for the specific car I was looking for. Your dealership didn’t add any addition “enhancements” that a number of other dealerships tack on once you go to purchase the car. Gary set up the appointment with the finance department so I didn't need to wait for hours with my kids, we came in signed paperwork and Gary sat and went over the functions of the car until I was comfortable with it. More

Fabulous customer service I went in for an oil change and a grinding noise coming from back left wheel. It wasn't good news for me BUT the repairs were necessary. I had to go to work that day and I only have one car. The dealership needed more time to fix the problem. Willie offered a loaner car so that I could make a local work appointment AND they had my car fixed in time so I could finish my work day. Willie made a very stressful situation have a good outcome. I'm very thankful for his understanding and ability to go above and beyond in customer service! THANK YOU WILLIE!!!!!! More
Be careful about their financial department We went through TrueCar.com to get a new Honda CR-V and found Honda of Thousand Oaks gave us the best price among the dealers TrueCar.com gave to us. We went through TrueCar.com to get a new Honda CR-V and found Honda of Thousand Oaks gave us the best price among the dealers TrueCar.com gave to us. So e went there to get the car on 10/22/2016. Everything went well until we were ready to work with their financial department to complete the transaction -- Diego, the person worked with us, kept trying to convince us to get the Honda Care package and told us we can cancel the contract and get our money back if we don't like it. Well, we could not hold our ground and paid extra money for the package. Later we decided we don't really need the package. So I called Diego in mid-November and were told that we should get our money back in 6 to 8 weeks. But nothing happened. When I called Diego again in early February and he told me it will be resolved and we should get the money back soon. Again nothing happened at all. Then, when I called and left him couple voicemails in last 2 weeks, he did not even bother to call me back. So, although you may get good deal at this dealer beforehand, you will pay extra at the end as we did unless you can resist the "offerings" from their financial department or you think those extra packages are good for the money.
