Our service advisor Jonathan Rose got our vehicle in right away, and kept us informed on when parts would arrive, and when the repairs should be completed. We did buy the pickup. We have not received any paperwork……… none. He said he would scan it send it out. This is now a day later and nothing. Several odd things. The finance guy, maybe a guy named Sabastion ?? Acted like a petulant toddler after I told him no for the fifth time on the extended warranty. His complete demeanor changed and gave us one word responses. “Sign here, initial here and here” did not explain much of the paperwork. Once after he said sign here, my wife asked him what it was and his response was “it’s paper” we were very close to bailing and walking out, he was pretty much that overboard on the pouting attitude. No personality. Didn’t seem like a very good person to me. My 11 year old daughter even asked going home what was wrong with him. She’s eleven. 11 and she knew. More
When I first bought my truck they didn’t tell me all the chips I was missing during the chip shortage. And with us living in Kodiak it didn’t line up well for having my vehicle serviced. Service appointment time was as stated. The waiting room is comfortable and decent. There are snacks, water, and coffee somewhere, but I'd just eaten so didn't partake (but they made sure The waiting room is comfortable and decent. There was a nice TV in the waiting room with ad-free house hunting type shows showing at the time I was there... (nice and non-political etc.). Great that they were ad-free. It's boring enough to have to sit waiting for service, so that's a nice touch that they went to that expense. The service technician had a great attitude and some amusing one-liners. He also let me know I had reward points available which gave me a discount on my service. I wouldn't have even known to ask. Great service. On a different note. This dealership has been in Anchorage, formerly as "Alaska Sales and Service," for a long time. It's nice to have that longevity too. I'm a big fan of GM, so if I ever had to buy another new car, it would be here. More
