I purchased a new 2024 Chevy Blazer EV and I have been experiencing several problems. I called to make an appointment and set it up for October 7. I had an another technical question so I called their ser experiencing several problems. I called to make an appointment and set it up for October 7. I had an another technical question so I called their service department and left 4 messages before they called me back 3 days later. When I was discussing the issue I told them I had an appointment on October 7 and she said there was no way they could get me in on that day and that the service appointments are made in Las Vegas and they don’t know what’s going on here in Anchorage. I explained that I live down on the Kenai peninsula and had already made a hotel reservation and she said there’s nothing we can do about that. Now I’m out $140 and can’t get the car in until October 29. Very frustrating!!! More
