Sales department was easy to work with and we purchased a car from them. The service department was a different story. They sent us a reminder of our first service so I called and made an appointment to get car from them. The service department was a different story. They sent us a reminder of our first service so I called and made an appointment to get the oil changed. Was asked if we would drop off the car or would be waiting. I said we would wait. My wife took the car in at the appointment time and was told she could wait but there were five cars ahead of her!!! I asked what is the sense in making an appointment if you have to wait for hours? Was told the appointment was just to meet with their service advisors😡 I said that was crazy! We will only return to their service department again for warranty work only!!! I certainly don’t recommend them. More

Service Advisor Sabrina was excellent. The video inspection of my vehicle was a plus as is the new checkout process. There remains one issue, when using the App or going online to make an appointment the type of vehicle does not translate to the service advisor. So despite my confirmation text indicating the type of vehicle the service advisor was not aware and the individual who works on this type of vehicle was not available, resulting in me rescheduling my appointment. I give Sabrina FIVE stars, but the scheduling process needs improvement, and I'd give it a THREE. More
