I appreciate the time you took to respond to the review. Although, there was not a miscommunication. I had an appointment. And that appointment was confirmed by Michael many times. I did receive a phone call and had a pleasant conversation with (I believe it was the sales manager) about the situation. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this dealership at this time, I purchased a new vehicle Wednesday from Kia. When I went to look at a used car on Wednesday at Kia, it had sold before I arrived. The sales manager knew about my experience regarding the blazer, and was so upset that he offered us a deal we couldn't resist on a 2025 Kia Telluride SX Prestige X-Pro (they even threw in a bumper to bumper 10 year / 100,000 mile warranty) and I am beyond happy with my decision. Again, I appreciate the time you took to respond and hope that this experience can be put to use as a tool for customer service training. I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving, take care.

I will contact you as requested; the problem is that it seems to be a waste of time. Apologies like the one on the previous review and to the others that give substandard reviews are met with the same form apology as the one you supplied followed by more bad service on following visits. Apologies mean nothing without change occurring. It also seems as though the recall for the CPU was not done at the time of the Towing recall as I have received no less than two notices saying to schedule this.
