We went to the car lot 2 different times and never was able to test drive a car. I was hoping to trade my Mint cond 07 GTI w/59000 miles for a new or used TDI golf. I made a 1 1/2 ride to visit Heritage. My sales woman Jeanette was excellent . She never pushed or tried to sell me something I did not want. I was disappointed with the trade in estimate for my car, and feel the appraiser was trying to pull a fast one on me. Everyone that sees my car asks if it's new and the VW dealers I have been to, have always said "we would love to have that car" I think if a Mgr or the owner would have been there I would be driving a new car today. I would like to ad that I have an 841+ credit score and I am real buyer but I will not be taken. I am active on several forums (VWvortex,com, MyfastGTI.com, Golfmkv.com and TDIclub.com) and I am an VW enthusiast. How I am treated can go a long way. Free advertisement on a forum can do a lot for your dealership. Langhorn VW in PA. does a huge business from the forums as well as Keffer. People have driven from Florida to buy TDI's from Langhorn. Keffer sells a ton of parts all from the forums. Keep these things in mind when you sell, the word of moth travels far. Writing this at the dealership would have the same results Thanks Kevin A. Ro was great to work with. He and the finance team make miracles happen. I was perfectly happy with my 09 model but I thought I would entertain the idea of getting a new vehicle. I did not think it was possible due to my credit being affected by a crashing house market. I told Ro exactly what I wanted and he surprisingly met my terms beyond belief. Amazingly so the exact make, model car was waiting for me on the lot. As a result I rode off the lot smiling in my brand new VW. I originally came in to have my Bettle serviced. I have had it for 2 and a half years and I've loved it! My sales person at the time was Joe Brock and he was great and got me into the car that I loved so m had it for 2 and a half years and I've loved it! When I was at the dealership yesterday just browsing around while I waited for my car to be finished being serviced, a sweet woman named Jeanette came and asked if I needed any help. I told her that i was just browsing while waiting for my car. Then I just happened to asked her about the trade in value on my car and she jumped on the ball to help me. She asked if there were any specifics that I wanted in a car and she made sure that I was happy with what she showed me. The first car I looked at, I fell in love. She let me take it on a test drive and I was sold. Her and Alfonso both were so helpful and patient with me and helped me completely understand everything I was signing (being a first time car buyer I was a little confused). I would absolutely recommend her! She was FANTASTIC and so sweet! More
