We just bought our fourth car from the dealer and will go back and buy more when the time comes! We have always gotten top-notch service from everyone hat we have dealt with. Jeannette Lenox was our salesperson on all of our purchases and we consider more of a friend than our salesperson. We have been very impressed with the service department as well. They have done all service within a reasonable amount of time and the cars are always returned to us after a wash. The only thing that I can think of that could be improved is a wider color selection; most of the vehicles on the lot are white, silver, gray, or black. Maybe that is the demographic for the dealership, but it would be nice to have reds or blues to choose from in the sedan lines. Overall we have been very pleased with all of our experiences and have recommended the dealer to all of our friends. More
I've had nothing but pleasurable experiences at Heritage Volkswagen, so much so that I've purchased three vehicles from them in the last two years, and went in again today just to look around! Jeanette Lenox has been my salesperson on all transactions, and she's been extremely knowledgeable about VW products, and a joy to deal with. The finance department has worked with me to help get the best deals on the loans I've used, and were very thorough in explaining the details. The service department is top notch, and performs quickly with no need to go back: they do it right the first time. I would highly recommend Heritage VW to anyone looking to buy a new, or used, automobile. Ask for Jeanette! More

Great selling points are: (1) Roadside assistance (2) Park and Service at the airport (3) Oil changes for life (4) Powertrain warranty for life. Those items are deal makers. More

I went in to Volkswagon of Lithia Springs to buy a CiCi. The day after I left I noticed a crack in a panel above the trunk. My boyfriend and I went back to the dealership and informed them of it and while there went to see if any other CiCi had the same defect well the car sitting next to the one I had just purchased did as well. I pointed this out to them so they would know. I was given a date to return to have the dealership to have the panel replaced the day before the date, I recieved a call from Chris in parts and he informed me that they did not have the part and that the part is on back order from Volkswagon. I bought my car Sept. 17, 2011 it is now Nov. 22, 2011 and I have not heard anything new or different in regurads to this issue. I cannot say weather this is an issue with Volkswagon Of Lithia springs or Volkswagon USA. I will say this, I have contacted Volkswagon of Lithia springs and asked to be updated periodically. So far unless I contact them I do not hear anything relating to this issue. Love VW, but not a happy bug right now... More
Rick let me take the Jetta Wagen for a test drive and explained many of the features of the car. Once the sale was completed he spent a considerable amount of time to help me familiarize me with the man explained many of the features of the car. He also made an extra effort to help set up the bluetooth for my cell phone. It works like a charm. Additonally, he showed me how to use the navigatin system. After the sale I have recieved several phone calls to find out what my feelings are on the cars performance and if I had any problems or needed help with anything. I appreciate the attention the staff has given me with the after sale follow-up concerns. More
Let me start by saying I was impressed by JC's effort to return phone calls and offer services. Most dealers are quite lazy over the phone. He made good effort to try and make a deal possible. I marked off one point for quality of work due to the fact the monthly payment we settled on was quite different than the price he offered over the phone. I marked one off for customer service and friendliness because our dealer became visibly upset when I informed him that I was going to get something to eat off site and think about his offer. I informed him that I would return and let him know either way. This kind of pouting is typical of many car dealers. They expect customers to immediately take whatever they offer on their timeline. They don’t understand that pressure and intimidation is not always the best sales tactic some customers. Dealers are very quick to become upset if they feel a visitor is not going to accept the deal offered and leave. This is not always the case and that visitor may become a customer with evaluative authority. Some customers need time to think about offers away from their pressurizing hotspot. I was also disappointed that our dealer did not make an attempt to ask his boss if they could throw in some free tint as I requested with the purchase of the vehicle. I understand the boss would have probably said no, but he did not even try to ask. More
This by far is the best Car Buying Experience i have ever had. I had called Eric on the phone and after confirming he had my Car in stock and confirmed all the specifications i.e Color, Navigation, Dealer Pe had. Considering I lived about 100 Miles from Lithia Springs, I was apprehensive traveling to Lithia Springs to go Buy the Car. Sure I had shopped around and his quote was by far the best. My apprehension was unwarranted as everything Eric told me on the phone and even emails with pictures checked out as expected with a new car and most importantly the price quoted was what I paid. So this whole experience has been good and I thank Eric for it. I would definitely Spread the word about this Dealership and direct traffic in their direction every opportunity available. They worked with me on price, trade-in, paperwork and some other "above and beyond" details with speed and efficiency and superb customer service and follow-up.
