I was a little nervous coming into this experience since I have never bought a new car before but Dee/Joe put me and my husband at ease and I am in LOVE with my 2011 Jetta. I could have used my current bank and received a lower interest rate and used the bank they typically use with their finance group at VW. I walked away very happy and not one complaint thus far. Joe understood exactly what I was describing as my need in a car. Based on the color and style, Joe knew what had just been received in his inventory and recommended it.
