I was a little nervous coming into this experience since I have never bought a new car before but Dee/Joe put me and my husband at ease and I am in LOVE with my 2011 Jetta. I could have used my current bank and received a lower interest rate and used the bank they typically use with their finance group at VW. I walked away very happy and not one complaint thus far. I had a very pleasant experience at Heritage VW and they were very nice. They took their time and showed us all the cars that we would be interested in and were there to make sure that I had the car that w were very nice. The entire car buying process only took 3 hours.
