Joe understood exactly what I was describing as my need in a car. Based on the color and style, Joe knew what had just been received in his inventory and recommended it. Even though I had to leave, they worked on my financing without me being present and accepted my down payment as the hold money. Nathan completed my welcomed feeling by calling me just as he had promised to share the financing details. This team is honest and does what they say they will do. I was sold a car as new that, after multiple calls to VW Customer Service, I found was actually a Certified Pre-Owned. If that weren't bad enough, the service department let me drive with the car out of al Customer Service, I found was actually a Certified Pre-Owned. If that weren't bad enough, the service department let me drive with the car out of alignment until a tire was ruined. Fortunatley, I caught the problem before I was left stranded on the highway. I will never do business with this dealership again and would never recommend them to a friend. More

I was referred to Dee via USAA's Car buying service. Dee promptly returned all of my phone call and email inquiries and helped me to locate the exact car I was looking for. I brought my wife in to test drive the car on a Saturday at noon, and we were out the door in our new car by 1:30. No surprises, no hassles, and no pressure. I would absolutely recommend Heritage VW and Dee to anyone- job well done. More
I used to be a fan of Heritage VW but no more. I initially had a good experience and went back to lease my second Jetta with the Heritage team. The salesperson I worked with was gone (not odd in the initially had a good experience and went back to lease my second Jetta with the Heritage team. The salesperson I worked with was gone (not odd in the auto industry) and I got another decent deal the second lease, three years later. Went back for a lease pull-ahead program. New sales person. Looked at my combined income and noted that I had a job. Then suggested I opt for the Passat because I could afford it. Ok, no, I didn't want that. I wanted a Jetta. Four hours later, I left with my Jetta, a bit boggled, but pleased with the price. I went back this summer during the world's longest service appointment (tm). Talked with another new sales person about another Jetta lease with the new Jetta. He tried to ask me about how he could get a job where I worked (odd) and passed me along to the finance manager, who was sitting in for the regular finance manager (he's pretty good, actually). This substitute finance manager was utterly USELESS! USELESS! He was negative, uncooperative and rude. Meanwhile, the service department was less than apologetic about delaying me during a routine visit (nothing was wrong with my car). I left feeling tired and frustrated. Needless to say, I did not return to Heritage when I opted to lease another Jetta. I really wanted to continue working with this group but just couldn't. The turnover in staff, limited selection of cars and lack of interest in actually wanting to help a customer turned me off. I do like the owner and I have to say the guys in the parts department are AWESOME ... but it's not enough to make me want to trek back out to Heritage. More

I enjoyed the "terrible chore" of buying a new car. I communicated with Mr. Brock several times on the inter net prior to purchasing. He was very informative, up front and helpful.
