His communication was always to answer questions, never to suggest, which I liked. When coming to make a deal, he worked it out very favorably for me to sign the purchase. At the time of purchase he took me for a drive and explained the different functions. He set-up the blue-tooth, to make it easier during my drive back home 40 miles). since the sale, he has called numerous times to check how I've been and if there were any problems. He has been a fresh breath in car-buying. I will refer my family and friends. Writing this may seem cheesy, but I real mean-it. More

I live in Los Angeles, and 4-door Golf TDIs with the DSG transmission are very hard to find in my area. I did some searching and found several that were closer than Georgia, but then I came across Heritage transmission are very hard to find in my area. Unlike every other dealership, not only did Heritage NOT have a multi-thousand dollar mark-up, they were advertising a below-MSRP sale. I called Dee Brock (who, after five previous car purchases, is the best salesman I've ever worked with), and he guaranteed me the May sale price of the car, even though I wouldn't be able to fly to GA until June. The paperwork was drawn up, I put down a deposit, and then flew to Atlanta from Los Angeles on June 3. I was then PICKED UP AT THE AIRPORT by the dealership and taken to finish the deal. Dee was very pleasant and professional, and an hour later I was done. I then spent the next 5 days driving back to LA in my new Golf TDI. Bottom line: if I'm willing to travel across the country to do business with Heritage VW, they must be doing something right. Excellent customer service, and a total pleasure to work with. More

The treatment I received at this dealership was horrendous. No one no matter man nor woman would be told when they are stranded on the side of the road after picking up their car less than 24 hour horrendous. Was really wanting to use local dealers, but finding the SUV I wanted, took the ride to Heritage, and was very glad we did. This dealership is not going to honor the prize of three gold coins i won. They are trying to cheat me out of what they have pictured in their advertisement. I have already contacted the sheriff dept. about gold coins i won. They are trying to cheat me out of what they have pictured in their advertisement. I have already contacted the sheriff dept. about the fraud "bait and switch" they are pulling .After giving him "steve "2 days to give me my prize ,now he is trying to delay me until after the event ends.trying to cheat me i guess. When you win something in a picture you do not get told to come back later.They are just trying to not give me my three commemorative congressional coins i have won. They don't even have the prizes to give away .just pulling a scam with a company from Texas who just lost a court case evolving a dealership in Tennessee for the same scam over gas. But law will prevail. they will have to give me and any other winners their said prizes.I have been talking to vw corporate since he went to giving me the run around .they tried to give me three one dollar coins for real gold. Their picture is clearly a real gold coin minted in west point.Value 425.00 each times three. they are just winding up to be crooks .he planned a big sale this weekend then tells me he is not going to be there.That is hard to believe. i hope this is enough to let people know they will cheat you when giving a chance .But bait and switch laws here make what he is doing a felony and he could go to jail over their deception.
