I stopped by the dealership one day after work having set up a tentative appointment with Tamera Hodge, the visit was set up with Tracey Holmes who contacted me to confirm. Although due to work I was an hour up a tentative appointment with Tamera Hodge, the visit was set up with Tracey Holmes who contacted me to confirm. Although due to work I was an hour past our set time Tracey was very understanding. I must add I had not come in to buy a car. I was only there to view their vehicle to compare it to another at a different dealership I was going to purchase. Tracey was very understanding and after going over some points we did some negotiating and she ended up getting me the exact car I wanted at a lower price than the competition. Through finance they were also able to beat the 2.49% rate I had on a pre-approved loan! I walked out with the car I wanted with a lower interest rate and at a price that I could barely believe along with oil changes for life. Although it was past closing by the time the deal was complete I never felt any pressure from anyone at the dealership. Everyone there had a great team spirit and worked together to make this all happen. Since a car purchase was not planned I drove off in a new car and picked up the old one at a later date. I could not be any happier with my purchase. I HIGHLY recommend doing business with Tracey Holmes and the team at Heritage VW. I will certainly be doing business with them in the future. More

Thanks to Tamera Hodge and Derrick Callison for creating a FABULOUS Deal for me on a 2013 Passat SEL - this car is awesome! I have searched and gone to numerous dealerships throughout Atlanta, checking on V a FABULOUS Deal for me on a 2013 Passat SEL - this car is awesome! I have searched and gone to numerous dealerships throughout Atlanta, checking on VW World Auto, and considered a certified pre-owned. However, when Tamera called me today with this amazing deal on a NEW car, I couldn't believe all of the extras in the vehicle. First of all, I am not the type to post negative reviews. I usually don't care and I am a very reasonable person. I have bought several cars in the past without any issues. I went to this dealership inter I usually don't care and I am a very reasonable person. I have bought several cars in the past without any issues. I went to this dealership interested in a Volkswagen GLI or Passatt TDI. During the test drive the sales guy took a personal call to have an argument with his girlfriend (Very unprofessional and obnoxious). Also he made me wait outside while he took another personal call to continue this argument with his girlfriend. It was very hard to communicate what my price and monthly payment was. I told him what I was looking to pay for month which was perfectly reasonable for the car I was buying. However, for some reason the monthly payment kept coming out to be such a high amount that the only explanation was if the interest rate was 15-20%. It turned out that the salesman lied about what they were paying for the trade in of my car. He was about $4,000 off and the reason my payment was so high was that he was trying to scam me into financing more than what I wanted to. This is fraud. This isn't typical dealer haggling, it is wrong and probably illegal. It made sense why the sales rep was acting nervous when I asked about the interest rate and he tried to beat around the bush and not tell me. What kind of dealership doesn't tell the buyer their interest rate? Anyways, I confronted the manager and she seemed not to care. She acknowledged that the sales rep had lied and the three of us talked, though she didn't want to be bothered with making an explanation. The sales rep denied saying that which was total BS. This is the worst dealership I have ever been to and would urge everyone to stay away. More

We purchased a used 2013 Passat with no pressure,after the sale the windshield was replaced and the people at Heritage did everything they said they would do . Months after the sale we had a problem and the sale the windshield was replaced and the people at Heritage did everything they said they would do . The process was done all over email and Matt was great. He sent me a great price the first time I ask and came down to what I wanted to pay when I told him it was a little high. My 2002 Ford Explorer transmission died on November 5th after serving me for more than 259,000 miles. This stressed me out since, 1) I have gone approx 6 years without a car payment and 2) I was relutant after serving me for more than 259,000 miles. This stressed me out since, 1) I have gone approx 6 years without a car payment and 2) I was relutant about making such a major committment this close to the holidays. Over the past few days I have been exploring my options, buy new, used or lease; go from truck to car as well as being storn between which automobile dealership would provide me with the best car for my money. I just rented a Nissan Altima and was impressed with the performance so, Friday (November 16th) evening I left work headed for Team Nissan, Thornton Road on a fact finding mission. You what? I never made it there! I stopped by Heritage Volkswagen on the way and thanks to the informativeness, friendiness, patience(this was a big plus...I let them know I was an accountant) and outstanding customer service provided by Rochette Hairston and Fernando Roberts I have a signed, sealed and deliveried Volkswagen Passat.
