Unfortunately within the last year and half, I had to redo two main car part replacements’ work due to man-error. Three months after the car transmission has been replaced it was observed that the transm redo two main car part replacements’ work due to man-error. Three months after the car transmission has been replaced it was observed that the transmission sealing was not installed and had to redo the work. And this week the low control arms was torn only after 6 months from replacing it and got replaced again this week. It’s really to trust the quality of this dealer service shop. More
We recently discovered that a vehicle that we purchased (used) from off the showroom floor had been involved in a previous accident. I explained that if we had known that the vehicle had been in a previous accident, that we would not have purchased it, even though the vehicle was purchased and displayed on the showroom floor. When booking the Recall, no estimate of time was provided. I was offered an oil change, even though the vehicle only had 3,000+ miles. Hard to prove battery dying, but Travis kept checking until they got it done. As for Nissan there was a recall about tie rod and we never got any notification. If not for the battery problem we would not until they got it done. As for Nissan there was a recall about tie rod and we never got any notification. Took my vehicle for service and had a 2 dollar Canadian coin in my console. It went missing during service and was worth about 30$. Guess someone thought I would not notice. I let service rep know and he c coin in my console. It went missing during service and was worth about 30$. Guess someone thought I would not notice. I let service rep know and he checked and did not find out anything. He then went to get service manager who chose to not come out. Guess he was too busy to deal with customers. The service rep offered a free rotation which he did not note anywhere and said nothing they could do. Someone had to be in bad shape to take a 2 dollar Canadian Tonnie. I won’t be so trusting in the future. It also took two hours for an oil change and tire rotation because someone misplaced our vehicle key. More
