Sales team and manager (Kenny Wright) did not honor the CASH* price that was sent over to me via phone call and email. They neglected to include on my pricing worksheet the $1000 surcharge for a CPO warran CASH* price that was sent over to me via phone call and email. They neglected to include on my pricing worksheet the $1000 surcharge for a CPO warrantied vehicle when other Nissan dealers in the area already include this cost. Lots of undue pressure by the finance agent to purchase extra maintenance add ons and straight up dishonest answers regarding questions about loan payment options in an effort to make more money on financing (I ended up finding correct answers to said questions by speaking to nissan finance directly). Only positive is they offered me slightly more for my trade in than other nearby dealerships. More

We recently discovered that a vehicle that we purchased (used) from off the showroom floor had been involved in a previous accident. The manager apologized and said there was nothing that he or Nissan cou (used) from off the showroom floor had been involved in a previous accident. I explained that if we had known that the vehicle had been in a previous accident, that we would not have purchased it, even though the vehicle was purchased and displayed on the showroom floor. We are very, very, disappointed as we have dealt with Sutherlin for many years. The service center has always rated great! More
