Tracey is a liar and a thief! ! They repossed my car, wrecked it and said nothing then canceled my payment and repossessed it again. After contacting my attorney and local police I ! After contacting my attorney and local police I found out it was in fact wrongfully repossessed and when I called to question Tracy she lied on a recorded line changed her story twice and admitted to canceling my payment. Then hung up on me again when I asked for a supervisor name and number. Called multiple times and she would not answer. Still don't have my car and no one contacted me. Superior is not descriptive of the shady so called business they pretend to run!!!! More

There is a reason that the only states Superior Auto is located in, do NOT have a lemon law for used vehicles! In less than 30 days and 1000 miles the steering rack needed replaced! Around a two years ago I stoped in and got a Jeep six months later the transmission started to go out they asked me to get some quotes so that's what I did they said it was to much and they talked me int months later the transmission started to go out they asked me to get some quotes so that's what I did they said it was to much and they talked me into getting another car same issue almost seven minutes months in I called last week and told them to pick up both cars and they have yet to do so. Calling costumer service is a complete waste of time they acted like they did not care that you asked the lot to take their cars back. If I could put ZERO stars i would. I have had NOTHING but issues with this company since day one in March of 2018. I have less than 6 months to pay of my car. Have put thousands of dollars in to it. When I first got it I had to replace the transmission, wheel barring's and axels. Recently I had to replace the catalytic converter. I had also recently applied to change my payment date due to getting a different job. Today I was informed I needed to make my payment but I do not get paid until next week. The employee that took my papers to get my payment date changed quit working and now Im losing my car due to the employee quitting. This place is beyond horrible. In the last year they have been open In ZANESVILLE OHIO. There has been multiple employees in and out. So because an employee quit I am losing my car and it is going on my credit report as bad credit. This place will screw up over any which way they can. More
