This place is horrible and they definitely make everything sound good I have my car 2 months and had to spend 1500 on engine work and drive a hour back and fourth to the shop they recommended they everything sound good I have my car 2 months and had to spend 1500 on engine work and drive a hour back and fourth to the shop they recommended they messed my car up worst and the guy didn’t know I got the car from them so he started telling me like “who in the world sold you this car bc it’s all rigged up “ I said superior auto and he got quite so it must be a common thing these ppl give you high weekly to biweekly payments with no grace period offered even thoo there cars have so many issues you need to keep getting it fixed And still pay them on time ! I wish I would have never done business with these ppl they are unhuman to rob so many hard working ppl with their barely functioning vehicles with payments up to 1000 a month not including what you will spend to fix the cars they rig together with glue and tape ! 0/10 DEFINITELY DONT RECOMMEND More
Bought a low milage 2014 Ford Focus from the Sturgis, MI dealership less then a month with it and it had major transmission problems. Took to Ford dealership to find out it was the TCM chip. Was without it dealership less then a month with it and it had major transmission problems. Took to Ford dealership to find out it was the TCM chip. Was without it for almost 9 months waiting on chip. Finally almost a year later got it back only for the transmission to have more problems. Then noticed the horn didn't even work. Probably no air bag in it either. Drove it for not even a a year and same thing started with transmission all over again. So decided to refinance to get a new transmission and it's still sitting at the dealership not getting anything done to it. Yet the lovely people at the dealership still expect me jump through hoops and pay my weekly payment and for what?? Now I got no car, money. Just got a new job and can't even get to it without transportation. They are crooks and will straight rob you. DO NOT DO business with. More
I got my car from the Richmond, In location & the first manager screwed up my payment dates. I had brought in my paystubs the day I signed yet months later they are telling me I need to bring them in again manager screwed up my payment dates. They came & took my car when the payment wasn't even 24 hours late & its a holiday weekend. They don't build any kind of relationship with their customers. I was even told they take them because they expect people to NOT pay off their cars, hence the huge APR%. I tell everyone to stay away from Superior !! They are the WORST dealership I have ever dealt with !! More
bought a car from the dealership in lima Ohio not even 2 months went by the thing started overheating mind you during the signing of the paper work we were told if anything happened to the vehicle after pur months went by the thing started overheating mind you during the signing of the paper work we were told if anything happened to the vehicle after purchase they would fix as long as it was something not expensive we signed drove out started over heating then they refused to help with it at all and then lied said they never said to us they would help. when it was time for our payment which was fully paid to the day of payment being due the lady from the dealer ship came out to our house harassing us to pay after she had put a boot on the vehicle. and the payment wasn't even late. nothing but issues out of the car horrible customer service. If I could say one thing DO NOT GET A CAR FROM THESE GREEDY PEOPLE. More

Bought car from this sketchy establishment, first incident was blamed on a temp or sub employee doing paperwork incorrect and putting due date before the stated and verified payday that was in the co incident was blamed on a temp or sub employee doing paperwork incorrect and putting due date before the stated and verified payday that was in the contract causing countless issues. Next the reps here come to pick up vehicle; not sure what was done but after getting the vehicle back less than 24 hours later there’s lights across the dash now on and the car dying while reversing or at intersections. Call company to include head quarters. We were told have to pay for diagnostics and service and maybe reimbursed. Thought drove to Austin Texas and back with no issues. Last straw go to leave to on Friday to find our car gone, call company and was told they assumed a late payment as the payment was early the last two weeks. My contract terms say 24 hours late subject to repo not 7 hours early on due date, nor is the terms wrote on an employees assumptions. More
On my second vehicle from Superior. GMC terrain. I make payments on time and have regular upkeep on my vehicle. In less than a year $1500 for a treat main seal and now transmission issu GMC terrain. Bought a lemon vehicle from Superior Auto in Evansville, Indiana and this was less than 3 weeks after signing. Went back 1 day later with proof and asked to be placed in an operable vehicle and was told to Indiana and this was less than 3 weeks after signing. Went back 1 day later with proof and asked to be placed in an operable vehicle and was told to request a rewrite, that only increased the total price I pay and allows the car dealership the opportunity to blame the mechanics! They double charged my card when I am on autopay and refused to even apologized for taking my last 325 that me and my kids needed to survive the next week and half until my next pay. My phone bill wasn't able to be paid and I had to beg my family for gas to make it to work. They didn't offer anything for the inconvenience they caused me when I didn't deserve it. My bill was paid! I didn't deserve to be charged twice and not even given a sorry for taking all your money. Just a well it takes 3 to 5 business days to refund so you have to suffer til then. Ryan chasity and Steve are all rude and clearly show they are money hungry scamartist. That rip off single mothers. If I don't make one payment they come repossess before I can even blink. But I have to have my money stolen from me and just deal with it. I hate this company with a passion. Wouldn't even want my worst enemy to deal with them. More
Their MO (method of operation) is selling vehicles with hidden mechanical issues. They care not that your life can be put in danger. About as unethical as you can get in a buy here pay here.
