Took truck to dealership for rodent damage repair with~3,500 miles on it. They returned it 10 days later with an additional 80 miles on it, scratches on the hood, $5,000 in hail damage and a bill for with~3,500 miles on it. They returned it 10 days later with an additional 80 miles on it, scratches on the hood, $5,000 in hail damage and a bill for almost $1,000 to install a $79 part. They said nothing about the hail damage but they obviously knew about it. They credited $200 to the invoice. They claim the "mileage in" on the invoice was incorrect even though they input the mileage. The gas gauge indicated about 80 miles worth of gasoline was used. They claim the hail damage was not their responsibility even though they could have moved it out of the weather. It can be fixed-probably-but I'll be left with a "diminished value" vehicle and a $1,000 deductible. Never again. More

VERY POOR SERVICE DEPARTMENT---SALES DEPARTMENT WAS GREAT CALLED ON 3-6-2020 TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO HAVE WINDSHIELD INSTALLED AND TAIL GATE CHECKED ON MY 2019 FORD F150 WHICH I HAD PURCHASED THERE 2 MONTHS CALLED ON 3-6-2020 TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO HAVE WINDSHIELD INSTALLED AND TAIL GATE CHECKED ON MY 2019 FORD F150 WHICH I HAD PURCHASED THERE 2 MONTHS EARLIER. CALLED IN JANUARY 2020 TO GET ESTIMATE ON INSTALLATION OF WINDSHIELD. DROPPED VEHICLE OFF ON 3-11-2020 AND TOLD SERVICE THAT I WOULD PICK THE VEHICLE UP ON FRIDAY, 3-13-2020. DEALER CALLED ME ON 3-12-2020 AT 9:30 A.M AND TOLD ME THAT THEY COULD NOT SCHEDULE THE WINDSHIELD FOR REPLACEMENT UNTIL TUESDAY, 3-17-2020 ALL THOUGH I HAD A PREVIOUS ESTIMATE AND AN APPOINTMENT WAS MADE. I WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD HAVE TO RESCHEDULE FOR TUESDAY 3-17-2020. I PICKED THE TRUCK UP ON 3-12-2020 AND NOT ONLY DID THE WINDSHIELD NOT GET INSTALLED BUT THE TAIL GATE WAS NEVER LOOKED AT. SALES DEPARTMENT WAS GREAT. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND MALIK ADAMS, BUT SERVICE AFTER THE SALE IS HORRIBLE. SERVICE ADVISERS AND FRONT SERVICE DESK SEEM TO HAVE A LOSS OF COMMUNICATION. More

Don't get your car fixed here. The mechanics here let their emotions get to them when you find that they did a poor job, or that you found that they botched a job on purpose. I purchased a new 2010 ford F250. The price was fair and the salesman was friendly. I noticed on the truck that the tailgate, was rubbing the right side of the body, when it was opened. I had Bryan Eikmann the salesman was friendly. I noticed on the truck that the tailgate, was rubbing the right side of the body, when it was opened. I had Bryan Eikmann of the service dept. look at the problem. He did and ordered the new bushings. He had me drop the truck off once they had the bushings in hand. I dropped the truck off and waited nine days. I decided to call and see what was taking so long. Their claim was that the body shop had noticed a fault within the paint below the rear bumper line and needed more time to fix this. I made a trip to their kirkwood body shop on the evening of day ten. The truck was outside and their job was completed. I called early noon on the eleventh day. I spoke with Jean suntrup about the problem with the new truck. I explained the fault that I had with the truck and I did not understand how something so small could take so long to repair. She was very nice and said she would look in to the problem. She called me back and explained to me that everybody on her team had a reason. Jean called me back at 4:30 that evening to let me know that I could pick up my truck. I arrived at the Westport Dealership. Jean Suntrup greated me at the door and was very pleasant. She explained that she had just had a porter take the truck and fill up the fuel tank. I was feeling a little better and thanked her. Once the truck was back we looked the truck over and I thought all was good. I drove home and opened the tailgate several times. To my disbelief I noticed that the tailgate was rubbing on the right side of the body, AGAIN! I decided to do the repair myself. More
