What Others Say

Have been looking for a van for several months, we have specific needs because our 15 year old is disabled and we knew a Pacifica would provide the room we need when not using our accessible van. The perfect van came into Suntrup but had racks installed in the center of the van and no middle seats. We spoke with Malik several times about our intent to purchase if they would remove the racks and install seats. While Malik was very willing to work with us his manager informed us we could pay the cost to have them removed and was not willing to discuss other options. Saying, ‘I’ll take it back to auction if I have to but I am not making adjustments, it’s as is’. Business is business, but human decency, compassion, and kindness should not go out of style. Shame on you Suntrup for not having a conversation and shame on Malik’s manager for not helping him make a sale.

Their service department is 2nd to none, if you deal with Morgan she will take very good attention to you and your needs and you might acquire a loaner from them at NC if it takes longer than originally estimated! From Dan

Took truck to dealership for rodent damage repair with~3,500 miles on it. They returned it 10 days later with an additional 80 miles on it, scratches on the hood, $5,000 in hail damage and a bill for almost $1,000 to install a $79 part. They said nothing about the hail damage but they obviously knew about it. They credited $200 to the invoice. They claim the "mileage in" on the invoice was incorrect even though they input the mileage. The gas gauge indicated about 80 miles worth of gasoline was used. They claim the hail damage was not their responsibility even though they could have moved it out of the weather. It can be fixed-probably-but I'll be left with a "diminished value" vehicle and a $1,000 deductible. Never again.

I would probably find another dealership. They will try and sell you a brand new car thats dirty and then tell you that the car wash guy is out that day. Then you get home and wash it, it turns out the car is scratched. Then when you try and get it fixed they'll tell you the scratch is to deep and that there is nothing they can do about it. Finally when you try and get the new car titled. The DMV will tell you the paper work was filled out incorrectly. So you will have to go back to the dealership to have them re-do the paper work. You will have to wait however because the sales person that helped you only works two days a week so the secretary (who is lovely btw) will have to help you. Just be prepared for this reality. Otherwise ok I guess.

Excellent service, Jennifer was professional, courteous, and informed. Toni in finance was the same, very nice to work with. Thank you.
