We purchased a 2010 black Ford Escape Hybrid on Jan. 5, 2011. It was really great to work with both Terry Weir and Michael Jackson. We unfortunately felt that our interaction with Rich was not as positive. I also would have preferred to get a car tutorial indoors instead of out in the cold. In past car-buying experiences, the new vehicle was brought inside the service center area when learning about its features and asking questions. I feel this presented a more comfortable atmosphere. I also think that each potential buyer should be reminded, prior to the day of buying, that the sales tax on the vehicle needs to be added to the final payment. It shouldn't be assumed that just because it is not discussed, the client knows all of the financial legalities. More

I have purchased 2 cars from the Suntrup pontiac when they were still in existance. I decided to make a change and I went on a hunt for Michael Jackson, because he was the sales person that sold me my ca they were still in existance. I was so glad to find him, and it was at another Suntrup, but this time it's a Ford! I love the car, I trust his judgement, I made a call and told him what I wanted. He pulled up several vehicles found me the car, sent me a copy of it, I came in on my lunch break worked everything out in that hour and drove off the lot with a new Ford Fusion, 2011. Now thats superior service! When I got back to work I told several people I purchased a car on my lunch break, now one would believe me, until they went outside and saw it. I love the quality of the car and it's perfect! It's a beautiful car, color and all! I sent my sister-n-law to him, and she purchased one too!!!!!!!!!!! I would suggest this dealership to anyone, looking for good service and honest people that care about what you want and not trying to just make a buck! My brother is talking to Michael right now about purchasing a vehicle. Suntrup is a great place to purchase a new and used vehicle, just give them a call and they will make I miracle happen! I purchased a new 2010 ford F250. The price was fair and the salesman was friendly. I noticed on the truck that the tailgate, was rubbing the right side of the body, when it was opened. I had Bryan Eikmann the salesman was friendly. I noticed on the truck that the tailgate, was rubbing the right side of the body, when it was opened. I had Bryan Eikmann of the service dept. look at the problem. He did and ordered the new bushings. He had me drop the truck off once they had the bushings in hand. I dropped the truck off and waited nine days. I decided to call and see what was taking so long. Their claim was that the body shop had noticed a fault within the paint below the rear bumper line and needed more time to fix this. I made a trip to their kirkwood body shop on the evening of day ten. The truck was outside and their job was completed. I called early noon on the eleventh day. I spoke with Jean suntrup about the problem with the new truck. I explained the fault that I had with the truck and I did not understand how something so small could take so long to repair. She was very nice and said she would look in to the problem. She called me back and explained to me that everybody on her team had a reason. Jean called me back at 4:30 that evening to let me know that I could pick up my truck. I arrived at the Westport Dealership. Jean Suntrup greated me at the door and was very pleasant. She explained that she had just had a porter take the truck and fill up the fuel tank. I was feeling a little better and thanked her. Once the truck was back we looked the truck over and I thought all was good. I drove home and opened the tailgate several times. To my disbelief I noticed that the tailgate was rubbing on the right side of the body, AGAIN! I decided to do the repair myself. More
