Recent Okay so I went online to get pre approved about two weeks ago 7/9/2017. I was approved that evening per Stacy/ Dave and was able to take my 2014 Terra Okay so I went online to get pre approved about two weeks ago 7/9/2017. I was approved that evening per Stacy/ Dave and was able to take my 2014 Terrain SLT 2 home on 7/11/2017 a happy customer. As I was told it was a lease car. I was told the bank would only approve that vehicle because it was Certified. I'm enjoying my new car to me. Made planes to drive out of town with friends at the end of the month, only to be told , "I'm sO sorry the bank decided not to go through with the loan "by Stacy on 6/23/2017. Mind you , I have Signed paper work Signed Title.. the car has to be returned. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Oh yeah NEVER FORGET down payment was given. I will be pursuing this with a LAWYER on 7/26/2017... We did a lot of searching online and ended up getting in contact with Eric Trigg over at Suntrup GMC. That guy is absolutely awesome! First of all, when I called him he was ready to leave, he was off for the day, but he stayed and waited for us to get there. When we got there the truck was pulled up front and he had keys in hand so we could take it out for a test drive right away. At this point it was already 7pm so it was getting late. We absolutely fell in love with the truck but knew it was late and would probably take forever to get through financing, etc! They let us take it home that night and they worked with our busy schedules to do an online credit app so when we came in to sign papers it was painless. One of my favorite things was how they lay out their financing information. They made it extremely simple to look at the interest rates, taxes, coverage's (warranties, tire/wheel, gap, etc) and how it would change our payments. I absolutely love the way they do business, from start to finish, they valued our time! Great to work with, not pushy or intimidating and Eric himself is quite a delight. ;) More
