Great to work with I received a call from Suntrup to come in for a test drive and a $50.00 gift card, I told them at the time I was just 1/2 way done with my lease and s I received a call from Suntrup to come in for a test drive and a $50.00 gift card, I told them at the time I was just 1/2 way done with my lease and she said that was fine so we scheduled a time. When we got to the dealership we worked with Ryan Hove, we sat down and Ryan asked us a few questions and I told him we were just 1/2 way into our current lease and he said yes that we could not really do anything. Ryan said you can still take a test drive, we did have interest in the Envision because it was more the size that we wanted at the time we leased our Enclave. Ryan was very helpful gave us a full presentation of the Envision, when he knew we could not trade today. Ryan could have blown us off and moved on to someone else that he could make a sale with, instead he treated us as though we were buying today. I spent almost 30 years as a sales manager and I can tell you if I was still working I would have tried very hard to hire Ryan away from you. Very knowledgeable and helpful even showed us some things about our Enclave that we did not know. I hope Ryan is still with you when we are ready for our new lease. More

Recent Okay so I went online to get pre approved about two weeks ago 7/9/2017. I was approved that evening per Stacy/ Dave and was able to take my 2014 Terrain SLT 2 home on 7/11/2017 a happy customer. As I was told it was a lease car. I was told the bank would only approve that vehicle because it was Certified. I'm enjoying my new car to me. Made planes to drive out of town with friends at the end of the month, only to be told , "I'm sO sorry the bank decided not to go through with the loan "by Stacy on 6/23/2017. Mind you , I have Signed paper work Signed Title.. the car has to be returned. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Oh yeah NEVER FORGET down payment was given. I will be pursuing this with a LAWYER on 7/26/2017... We did a lot of searching online and ended up getting in contact with Eric Trigg over at Suntrup GMC. That guy is absolutely awesome! First of all, when I called him he was ready to leave, he was off for the day, but he stayed and waited for us to get there. When we got there the truck was pulled up front and he had keys in hand so we could take it out for a test drive right away. At this point it was already 7pm so it was getting late. We absolutely fell in love with the truck but knew it was late and would probably take forever to get through financing, etc! They let us take it home that night and they worked with our busy schedules to do an online credit app so when we came in to sign papers it was painless. One of my favorite things was how they lay out their financing information. They made it extremely simple to look at the interest rates, taxes, coverage's (warranties, tire/wheel, gap, etc) and how it would change our payments. I absolutely love the way they do business, from start to finish, they valued our time! Great to work with, not pushy or intimidating and Eric himself is quite a delight. ;) More
