They spoil you to the point where you just don't want to go anywhere else. When our cars need serviced or oil changes, I call Robb Kostial in Service. He is so friendly, always gets us an appointment when it is convenient for us. He follows up on repairs to make sure all is well. Rob makes sure you understand what is being repaired and lets you know of any other maintenance that might be coming up. We have always had a good experience at Sunset with Brett and Robb. Started working with the dealer over email at noon on Saturday, completed the deal by 5:30. In my opinion that was quick considering Jerry had to go get the car from the STL branch and the JB bridge wa Saturday, completed the deal by 5:30. They were able to beat a competitor's pricing on the exact same vehicle, different VIN of course. They are a very professional staff and hustled to meet my requirements and made sure I didn't make an unnecessary trip down to their dealership. The after the sale support has been excellent where most dealers forget your name the time you leave the dealership. I give them 5 stars because I would purchase again from this dealer without having to shop around. I know I will get the best deal and appreciate people willing to work hard to make things happen.
