My wife and I appreciate all the help Joe did getting us into our new 2025 Ford Explorer Platinum. He answered all our questions and did not pressure us at all. I would recommend a little better customer s into our new 2025 Ford Explorer Platinum. He answered all our questions and did not pressure us at all. I would recommend a little better customer service in the service department as they seemed to be a little short handed and took awhile to get our 2016 Ford Explorer in for service due to mechanic shortage. The sales agent was nice and very helpful. I would use him again. The floor manager was a little pushy trying to sell me stuff that I didn’t want. I realize that is his job.
