Very Very Happy I worked with 2 employees Todd & Steve on my wife’s 2017 Enclave, both employees did everything they could for my wife and I. They had too and did call GM when everything looked like we weren’t going to get the car fixed and what happened they got it fixed and out the door in a timely manner. What more could I ask for? Slow start but good finish! There were very busy, and it took a while to be greeted and finally checked in at 9:45 for a 9:30 appointment. I was told 1.5 hours to get the oil ch There were very busy, and it took a while to be greeted and finally checked in at 9:45 for a 9:30 appointment. I was told 1.5 hours to get the oil changed. So I went across the street to get a bagel and coffee, as I was almost done eating they called me and said my car was ready. This was 10:30, so I was very happy on the speed of service and will be back. OH bye the way when I got there I had another free coffee in the costumer waiting room for the trip home. More
Radio turns on when vehicle is started problem is not fixed ... but I'll give in. 3 trips are enough for me.
