Chris was also very helpful explaining details inside the car, which on the whole was easy to learn, as I've been driving a Buick Verona for the past 3 years. He connected my cell phone with Bluetooth and gave me insight how to use the GPS. He mentioned the warranty and 2 free oil change and tire rotation services.
