Excellent service...beyond the call. I am very pleased with the work performed on my wife's 2016 Tahoe. There was a problem with a bad odor inside the truck. Nizar, the service writer immediately called over Chris who is the manager and they tried to locate the cause. I was given a brand new loaner vehicle and they kept the Tahoe. After a day of looking for the cause, they found a dead rodent lodged in the rear compartment. Their tech disassembled the rear trim panels, seats and fully cleaned and sanitized the area. My interaction with all in the service area was professional and they truly cared about the problem. Chris assured me they would fix the truck and kept me up to date on the progress by phone and e mail. I have been using this dealership since my relocation from NJ and been pleased with how they operate the service area. If you have an opportunity to need your Chevy serviced, just bring it here. COMFORTABLE We sent an email response to a truck we saw on-line that we would like to see. About 20 minutes later the representative called back and said that the truck had been sold the previous day and was sincerely sorry for the mix-up. He put us on the line with " G " the sales manager who informed us that he was checking to see if they had a comparable vehicle. He called back shortly and said that he had another vehicle that had a slightly higher MSRP but would honor the lower price of the other truck. Long story - short we proceeded to the dealership and purchased the new truck. The sales staff ( sales manager & sales person ) were great. There was no pressure at all and the purchase went smoothly. More
