KRISTY ROCKS !!! I purchased my Pre-Owned GMC from this dealership. Soon after I bought it - it had issues. I took it back to the dealership and did NOT have a good I purchased my Pre-Owned GMC from this dealership. Soon after I bought it - it had issues. I took it back to the dealership and did NOT have a good experience on the GMC side of Service. In fact I would define it as TERRIBLE.. I called and spoke to Mike Freeman who is the General Manager. He sent me to the Chevy side of the dealership for service this next time. The first time I went I spoke to Kristen who was MARVELOUS. She treated me royalty and it was great. Then, later I had another issue (same issue) which was not fixed with my AC. I spoke to Mr. Freeman again. He was AWESOME. He is VERY FRIENDLY, very approachable and VERY KIND. He sent me to Kristy this time. She was OFF THE CHARTS WONDERFUL. Again, I received the royal treatment. I would highly recommend that if you buy a vehicle from Sunset GMC that you demand to see service advisers on the Chevy side and NOT on the GMC side unless of course you like being treated like crap. Always ask for Kristy or Kristen. Mr. Sunset, whoever you are... you should have Kristy or Kristen move over to your HR department and teach your Service team how to treat customers. Your sales staff could you a little help too in my opinion. More
