Asdrubal made the buying process very easy and was very helpful in picking out a vehicle. He had me drive 3 different vehicles so that I was certain that it was what I wanted. Better not to go to this dealership if you are looking for new car. Salesman Mike Casteluchie and Manager are rude. Eric Roettinger internet sales person assured me they can beat any offer . They were not able to beat the offer that was like 10 miles from their dealership. Superstorm Sandy destroyed two cars and we had been. To a bunch of dealers looking for affordable used car. Sunrise Toyota was the only dealer to think outside the box and made. This is my 4th leased car, and 2nd Toyota vehicle. After her accident, she was referred to Sunrise Toyota, by Toyota Financial directly. Not only did they create an easy transition into a new lease for her, but truly treated her like family. Since my Camry was up for lease from another Toyota dealership, I decided to take my business down to Sunrise Toyota because of the way they treated my friend. I could not have made a better choice~! I was assisted by the dealer manager, Bruce Rabin, and was treated with kit gloves. He is a very kind, genuine man and as a single woman leasing a car on my own, gave me the courtesy and respect other dealerships never had. I was handed over to August Hochenberger who is a wonderful person. He guided me through the paperwork and always had a pleasant smile on his face. Diego Rivas in Finance was also so kind and professional. Everyone that I dealt with at Sunrise Toyota, from the girls answering the phones, to the fromt desk, all the way to the back service guys, made my experience just pleasurable. They all made you feel as if your business was the most important transaction to them. What other dealerships treat you like that??!?!?! I could not see ever bringing my business to any other Toyota dealership. Even if you're still unsure, just go down and talk with these guys. You will be impressed by the overall professionalism and respect for your business. More

I Bought my custom ordered 2006 Limited Avalon from Sunrise Toyota back in the end of 2005. I have had my car servuced there ever since. Once the Dealer was sold they took away my Platinum Lifetime b Sunrise Toyota back in the end of 2005. I have had my car servuced there ever since. Once the Dealer was sold they took away my Platinum Lifetime benefits (free oil changes for life, 15% off any service, parts, or accessories, pluch more) Ok so I sucked it up to new ownership. Then I brought my car in for routine service. When I got the car back, my "good Luck" money that was put in it when the car was new was all gone. They scraped up one rim and left rags in the engine compartment. After a fight they replaced the rim but would not budge on my money being taken out. Now time has passed... I recently (9/10/12) brought my car in for an oil change and to have the Factory Remote Start looked at(VIP RES). They are under new ownership and even worse. They changed the oil, and then when I got there they told me that the remote start ECU was shot and they don't know how to fix it!! They offered to add another aftermarket one to they car. My car is under warranty so I said NO!. When I got in my car the power windows did not work, moon roof did not work, rear deck was taken off and hanging, seat memory lost, and the radio presets were lost. Now pissed, I went back in there to tell them and they said it was not their responsibility to reprogram the car. WHAT!! I never had this happen before. So I asked about the rear deck - they said they don't know what I was talking about. when I showed them they tech finally admitted he was looking at the rear sunshade and could not get the cover back on properly. I had to initialize the windows and fix the panel myself. Poor service!! I am now taking my car to Smithtown Toyota - so far they fixed everything and everything was still working. They said they have to plug in the techstream into the ODBC then disconnect the battery and that will keep the memory of everything. More
I recently dropped my car off for servicing, when my car was returned to me items were missing from the center console. It's not the value of what was taken that annoys me, it is the unprofessionalism that was returned to me items were missing from the center console. I take responsibility for leaving valuables in the center console but I believe this still should not happen. I will not be returning here under any circumstances. More
