Service at this location was horrible. The advisors were looking online or playing on their phones when I pulled up. Then one advisor look into the computer to verify my appointment but I had to wait were looking online or playing on their phones when I pulled up. If he took the time to look my appointment up then he could have just checked me in. Then my car was completed by 320 but had to wait until 355 to check out after I asked about my ticket and my car had been sitting in the drive thru bay. I get in my car and stick wasn't changed out still the old one and oil service light was not rechecked. I had to wait another 5-7 mins to get the advisor to help me when the other advisors were not busy nor helping anyone. Your business doesn't have to worry about me coming back there because the customer service sucks now More
