This is the second time I have not had very simple expectations met by this dealership. This last time Monday, September 20, 2021, I purchased 4 new top rated Michelin Tires for my 2016 Yukon, had a expectations met by this dealership. This last time Monday, September 20, 2021, I purchased 4 new top rated Michelin Tires for my 2016 Yukon, had a wheel alignment and an oil change. Not only did I feel as though I was being nickeled and dimed, after being given a so called discount, then being charged that same amount back for an unexplained charge. Also being charged an $11.02 amount for another unexplained charge and stating that I declined a recommendation regarding brakes that I was never asked about by the service representative Ricky Gresham. I was overcharged by what I believe to be $21.02 in unexplained charges. Finally, after having 4 new tires installed and returning home about 7 miles away, I noticed that they forgot to replace my tire's air valve covers on each of my 4 tires. I had to drive all the way back to the dealership for this mistake. When I got back to the dealership, I was met by Ricky Gresham, who apologized and quickly replaced the 4 missing air valve covers. I am just a little bit concerned and after spending $1290.72 in cash today, I expected simple expectations to be met and more accurate charges and consulting conversation. More
