This oil change the Service Writer did not review what Service I wanted. When I checked out I was charged $95.00 for synthetic oil. It is a 4 cylinder a Equinox! Also, I wanted a tire rotation which Service I wanted. When I checked out I was charged $95.00 for synthetic oil. It is a 4 cylinder a Equinox! Also, I wanted a tire rotation which they did not do. They did not reset my oil monitor. Also, my last oil change the filler cap was left off and I had oil blown all over the under hood area. I had to go to a nearby oil change place to get oil so that I could get back to Sunrise and to be cross examined and they finally agreed to wash the engine e co.partment. so much for good service. I called and told them what I needed done when they made the appointment. When I got there they said that they couldn’t look at all of the issues and to come back the following morning. I brought it back ag the appointment. When I got there they said that they couldn’t look at all of the issues and to come back the following morning. I brought it back again the next day and I still have to bring it back another day. Gas is expensive and my time is valuable. Also, I have to get someone to pick me up. This is very frustrating. More
I tried to buy last year and were over$5000 over sticker. Went for the first time to use the service dept. and drove up and waited and waited. Went in and asked if I drive in. Sat there waiting. Finally went in and all the guys were at their desks with no customers. I went to the first man. He looked my name up and told me where to go. The actual service on the vehicle was fine, and I got out in 45 minutes. Anyway, next time I will know what to do when bringing my car in. More
