Our truck was at the dealership for almost 2 months. Once we got it back we had to return it a couple of days later for additional service that was a direct result of the service we just had. On top of all that our biggest gripe was the lack of communication. We had to call and email them consistently just to get updates. Certain days were committed to and those days came and went without any notice from them. It’s the end of July and we’re still working to get an issue resolved since May. Just a frustrating process. I could be OK with the delays only if issues are communicated accordingly. More
