We were met by a warm, friendly and knowledgeable salesman named Alex Gad. He showed us what Sunnyside (the dealership) had to offer besides just beautiful cars. As the process moved forward we had the extreme pleasure of meeting with Milo Rizkallah, the sales manager. This was unlike anything I had ever experienced in all my years buying a car. A person, team, dealership that took the time to explain all options and genuinely cared about US and not just about the sale of the car. Milo is a person I consider a friend after just 2 days of talking. What a genuinely nice person!! Finance was a refreshing as well. Idrissa had all of our paperwork correct on the first run. He was courteous, smiled, and was also a genuine person. That's refreshing when signing/paying X dollars! for a vehicle They satisfied our needs with a smile and win-win proposal for all. Am I willing to put up with all the nonsense because I really like the product? Yes. That's my Toyota buying experience. I love the product, but the buying experience is dreadful. You have a very different experience at Sunnyside. The atmosphere is always relaxed, no pushy sales people disparate to make their quota and the numbers guys are part of the process. Acura has a team approach culture that feels supportive rather than something that must be defended against. Ed, Milo, and Idy are all good guys. They obviously work well together and like each other. They're straight shooters, have a dry sense of humor (watch out for Idy in particular) and are a pleasure to work with. Ed was kind enough to come to our house and drop off the EZ Pass I left behind. While numbers are numbers, there's nothing worse than walking into a stressed out environment. Not here. Plus they serve Starbucks. What else could you possibly want? We'll be back. More

Let's face it, there are parts of the car buying experience that are fun (looking around the lot, taking test drives) and other parts that can be drea Let's face it, there are parts of the car buying experience that are fun (looking around the lot, taking test drives) and other parts that can be dreadful (negotiating in a large open room and having the junior salesperson run back and forth to their manager with little pieces of paper). Every part of the experience at Sunnyside was handled in a professional and friendly manner. I reached out to Maggie over the internet prior to my visit. We arranged to meet later that day. When I arrived the car was waiting for me in front of the dealership and I was welcomed by 3 employees of the dealership. Maggie was incredibly knowledgeable on every aspect of the car, and believe me we drilled her with questions! Maggie was super right through the car delivery process. Milo treated us like family. While negotiating isn't my favorite part of the process, it was a completely different experience than an other dealership. We sat in a comfortable private office and worked through our wants and needs; finally coming to a very fair value for my trade in and price for the Certified Pre-Owned MDX. Milo even welcomed us with some yummy treats when we came to pick up the car. Idrissa handled the financial aspects of the deal with professionalism and efficiency. During my previous two car buying experiences, I got so frustrated with the financial personnel that I nearly tore up the paperwork and walked away. As with Maggie and Milo, my experience with Idrissa was very pleasant. I will absolutely recommend Sunnyside to friends and family looking for a vehicle. More
