This was the best experience we have ever had in buying a new car! Kris and Nadi were absolutely fantastic and made the process easy and stress free. After having a really bad experience at the local BMW d new car! Kris and Nadi were absolutely fantastic and made the process easy and stress free. After having a really bad experience at the local BMW dealer, it was a pleasure to be in a dealership that believes customer service is number one. There was no haggling over the best price, and was no pressure whatsoever. I would highly recommend this dealer. More

They had a great selection of cars so it was easy to find one that best suited me. I was shown around the dealership and all of the perks of buying there were thoroughly explained to me. I was introduced to various team members and the service department. At time of delivery the car was waiting for me completely prepped, clean, shiny, etc. Kris walked through every feature in the car and made sure that any questions I had were answered before I drove away. After my purchase Kris checked in with me to make sure my experience was as I expected it to be and to see if there was anything else she could help me with. Although the Acura didn't end up being the best long-term solution for me (I recently traded it in for something different), if you're looking for an Acura and want the best Acura buying experience I highly recommend Sunnyside Acura. I would highly recommend Sunnyside to anyone out there. Make sure you ask for Lynda Mathieu. She is the best sales consultant and will make your buying or leaseing experience hassle free. Sunnyside is up Make sure you ask for Lynda Mathieu. She is the best sales consultant and will make your buying or leaseing experience hassle free. Sunnyside is up front with prices whereas some other dealerships are not. For example, I had gone to another Acura dealership in the Boston area because they had quoted me the best monthly rate but turns out they forgot to add in a $4000.00 dollar cap cost reduction!! That is what got my monthly down payment so low. Let me tell you, don't be fooled.....if you want an up front deal and great service look no further than Sunnyside. It's the best dealer in the greater New England area. -Amy More

Car buying for me has always been a stressful and usually painful transaction. I absolutely dread going to the dealerships and negotiating with salespeople who will use every line in the book to get me to d painful transaction. I absolutely dread going to the dealerships and negotiating with salespeople who will use every line in the book to get me to drive home in their vehicle. My past experiences have been horrible and I wouldn't wish my previous experiences at dealerships on my worst enemy. I've not once left a dealership without feeling drained and questioning buyers remorse because of the high pressure that the salesperson had put me through.... that is until I went to Sunnyside Acura. My saleswoman Linda was fantastic. She promised to make the process easy and that she will be up front and honest from the beginning to end, no games. To my shock she was true to her word and there was no pressure. As a woman I've always felt intimidated by salesperson and dealerships. Sunnyside Acura has totally changed how I look at car buying and has proven that you can't assume that all dealerships are the same. I have found my salesperson and dealership for life. Linda and the rest of the professional sales staff over there treated me with such respect and I knew when I left that they really appreciated my business. I am actually looking forward to going back there in a couple years to buy my next vehicle. If you are looking for a great experience when buying your next vehicle, trust me, go to Sunnyside Acura. After leaving several email messages with no reply, I called this dealer and spoke with a young woman about a used TL on their lot. I told her that I lived almost 2 hours away and wanted as much info abo called this dealer and spoke with a young woman about a used TL on their lot. I told her that I lived almost 2 hours away and wanted as much info about the car as possible... especially the service and repair records.(Acura's - from late 90's thru 2003 - are documented as having many automatic transmission problems including factory recalls and mandatory extended warranties - about which she knew nothing). She pulled the old "someone else is interested - you better put some money down to hold it" routine. I declined and asked her to return my call with the info requested. Of course, I never heard from her again. Not the kind of place I would do business with! PS... their used cars are priced $2-3,000 more than comparable units at other dealers. I'm still looking for "my" Acura! More
I bought my 2005 MDX from Sunnyside and have had it serviced there ever since. Which means I get oil changes done there (I've skipped the over-priced "service interval" nonsense and simply choose when serviced there ever since. Which means I get oil changes done there (I've skipped the over-priced "service interval" nonsense and simply choose when to get certain other items attended to, e.g. cabin mirco-filter). Oil changes cost $45 unless I have and use a Sunnyside Acura coupon; then it's $28. Apparently, to access the oil filter, the front-right wheel has to be removed, or maybe it's just the plastic wheel-well guards. In any event, after a recent oil change I noticed a funny scraping sound when ever I turned my front wheel hard left. Well, the cause was that after a recent oil change the service person forgot to snap the plastic wheel well lining back into place. I tried doing that myself, but didn't have the plastic "snap lock." So, another 12-mile visit to the dealer to get that fixed (at no charge, of course). I would expect better attention to detail at a "luxury" dealership. An oil change ain't rocket surgery %^). More
