My daughter and I were looking to buy a car. We went to another dealer in the area and were about to negotiate an offer, but the salesperson was rude to us so we decided to explore other options. We came in, and were instantly met with smiles. Wally found us exactly what we were looking for. When it came to negotiations, there was nothing rude about it--no rolling eyes, no heavy sighs. He clearly wanted to work with our needs. Franklin spent many hours finding the best financing deal for us. Overall, the experience was absolutely wonderful. I purchased my new Acura in 1998, and now have over 120K miles on it. I have worked with David B. for many years, and he's always been incredibly thorough, as well as knowledgable and fun to talk to as well. Likewise with Joe. If I'm in the area I'll actualy stop in to say hi. Recently I started working with Brendon, and he's great too. If you buy your car at Sunnyside, they have a free loaner car when you get the car serviced, and free wash etc... All of these little things add up to convenience and great service. It saves me time to have a loaner and reduces stress on me. I trust that they're taking care of my car, and they don't dissapoint. A+ in all areas. More

I was in the market for a used car. I was debating between all different luxury sedans...Acura RL, MB E-350, BMW 530, and others. Based on the price and quality, I went with the Acura RL. Once set my sight on the RL, I began with my research in the local area. I went to two different Acura dealerships and Sunny Side was one of them. I didn't feel the pressure and I left after the test drive. I came back a week later and test drove different RL and then made the decision. The part owner was will to work with the price on my 2005 Tacoma trade in and a little bit on the used car price. The service was excellent and it was an overall great experience. More
